Good location in a nice part of the city
Pros:

The location is good, near to the sea front and some good places for food nearby. All the staff were great. Parking is under the building, which also has supermarkets and cafes. The room was big and comfortable, and the aircon worked well.

Cons:

The lifts seem to have a mind of their own, you have to be patient. No real worries though.

Terrible Experience
Pros:

DO NOT STAY HERE! Our worst experience ! This is a genuine review of what happened to us. Went to check in, fully paid in advance, to find out Newkings have cancelled our booking on the day, with no notice, we were standards in a foreign county! The management no where to be seen, a young boy left to deal with our nightmare! It was late evening we tried to book another hotel, nothing available due to mining conference and hiked prices over 30000 Zar, we had to book! This hotel is absolutely the worse customer experience I have experienced, no accountability. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK!

Pros:

The hotel was central and the staff were polite

Cons:

Aircon was old and noisy and water pressure in the shower was hopeless. Breakfast service at the restaurant was terribly slow ( Zest)

Schönes Hotel für viele Ausflüge
Pros:

Ein schickes neu erbautes Hotel, dass erst in der zweiten Etage anfängt. Im unteren Bereich ist eine kleine Mall mit Spar, Woolworths und einigen anderen kleinen Läden. Die Zimmer sind groß und sehr sauber. Zum Strand gerade mal ein paar Minuten. Wir haben uns sehr sicher und wohl dort gefühlt.

Cons:

Das Bad ist nicht abgetrennt vom Zimmer, sondern integriert.

For a short stay the New Kings is perfect with easy access to Parking and numerous Bars and Restaurants.
Pros:

The location was perfect …..right bang in the middle of where the action is in Seapoint.

Cons:

Our room was above the Zest restaurant so a little noisy.
