Location fairly good
I have stayed here twice over the course of one week initially i was given a room on the lower ground it had a slither of a window was dark and felt like you were in prison with a window facing a bin yard, i requested to move and Maria (i think her name was) kindly moved me to another room on the lower ground- the window slightly bigger the room was still dark and prison like but clean. Floors were sticky and the roof was unfinished with one hole and one uncovered electrical unit. Currently i am on the first floor 106 next to the lift ..you can hear everyone entering and leaving the lift... however the room has a large window facing the street. However, it goes down hill from there. Fridge freezer has water residue sitting in it, towels, pillows are warn, frayed and discoloured. Bathroom is filthy and the sink slow drains (risk of flooding). The window curtain is yellow stained, not to mention i have found numerous different coloured hairs on the bedding. Further, everytime the room above flushed the toilet you could here a loud chugging in the system. In my opinion travel lodge is better then staying here.
Clean and cozy room with everything you need, including a small kitchenette with tea and excellent coffee. The location is perfect! I highly recommend it for a city break and for exploring London’s famous sights.

The room was super nicely renovated compact yet full of everything needed and the location was perfect with a lovely cafe « favo » beside an underground station and multiple supermarkets close. When we left we came back to clean dishes bathroom and refills of supplies with empty bins. Very much appreciated.

Bien placé à proximité des stations West Brompton et Earl's Court, donnant accès à de nombreuses lignes de métro.
Cabine de douche trop petite. Difficile de se tourner même sans être corpulent.
Mauvaise gestion du linge de toilette: Un jour, nous n'avions pas de tapis de sortie de douche et 1 seule serviette de bain pour deux (une de celles de la veille).
Chambre présentée comme "Studio Double" mais espace latéral trop réduit d'un côté du lit : Il faut entrer et sortir par le bas du lit ou réveiller l'autre personne. Espace trop réduit pour les valises et les vêtements.
Cet hébergement n'est pas adapté pour un séjour de plus d'une nuit à deux. Si l'annulation sans frais était possible j'aurais changé d'hôtel dès le deuxième jour.
