Cons:

Que me subieron el precio cuando llegue mi reserva era de $5300 2 habitaciones ya con impuestos sumados en mi reserva Booking y llegando al hotel me samparon 800 pesos mas que tuve que pagar y no es el dinero 800 pesos la verdad no me afectaron pero la acción de no respetar lo acordado con booking. Repeta el costo y no salgas que el tipo de cambio jajaja 17.85 esa fue la respuesta mas endeja del Hotel en fin también estabreseña va para Google copy paste

Pros:

Las camas muy cómodas y todo muy limpio. El personal agradable.

Cons:

1. Por la mañana del primer dia de estancia no hubo agua en la regadera. Más tarde se restableció el servicio pero no habia agua caliente. Por la tarde-noche fue que se restableció completamente.

Pros:

Ubicación, registro rápido, desayuno, estacionamiento suficiente.

Cons:

Mucho ruido (hay una cancha de padel a un lado, se oyen pelotazos hasta media noche), almohadas muy grandes, sistema de enfriamiento antiguo ruidoso. No hay room service.

Cons:

Había varios eventos deportivos en Monterrey, al personal se le notaba cansado y actitud pobre. Hacía mucho calor y les dije que en mi habitación no había frigobar y me respondió el de recepción "no tienen porque no pago por el" de una manera poco servicial, iba con un grupo del Colegio Americano y todos pagamos lo mismo y ellos si tenían. El domingo se descompuso un elevador y fue un caos, en los pasillos no había aire acondicionado y estaba super caliente, el desayunador en la mañana temprano estaba sucio de la noche anterior. En general no fue el nivel de servicio que he recibido en esta cadena de hoteles.
