Categories

Cleanliness
3
Multiple reviews report dirty rooms, clogged toilets, hairs and debris in showers, broken glass in rooms and overall inadequate housekeeping; several guests explicitly described rooms as unclean.
Service
7.5
Staff and reception repeatedly praised (friendly staff, named receptionist Mohamed, 'personnel incroyable'), though one review noted low interest from some personnel; overall service perception is positive.
Location
9
Consistently highlighted as a major strength — very close to the airport and near a shopping center; guests value the convenient location for short stays.
Room Quality
4
Rooms described as dated/vétuste with maintenance issues (torn curtains, broken lamps, clogged sinks, non-working safes, worn furniture) and some reports of safety hazards (glass on the floor).
Amenities
7
Pool (including for children) and hall decor praised; minibar refilled daily and gym mentioned positively, but guests noted too few sunbeds and some exterior/building needs.
Value for Money
4
Several comments state the hotel is not worth the high price, complaints about extra charges (breakfast not included) and poor condition relative to cost.
Food and Beverage
6.5
Mixed but generally acceptable: some guests liked the breakfast and restaurant variety, no major widespread complaints about food beyond value concerns.
Overall Experience
7
A mixed but usable stay for short airport stops: strong location and friendly staff offset by poor cleanliness and room maintenance; suitable for quick overnight stays but not for longer/comfort-focused stays.

Les remarques
Pros:
