We had a wonderful experience at Sofitel Bangkok. From the moment we arrived, the service was warm, professional, and welcoming. The hotel has a beautiful atmosphere, comfortable rooms, excellent facilities, and a great location for exploring Bangkok.

What really stood out was the hospitality of the staff. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

Overall, it was a memorable stay and a great experience for our family. We would definitely recommend Sofitel Bangkok and look forward to staying there again on our next visit to Bangkok.

Cons:

Having every control in the room done from the control pad, one thing was missed the blind and the curten to be included in the automation, that will be great.

Excellent location, great rooms, very lovely staff. Pool and spa were excellent.
