Great hotel in an awesome location. Close & convenient to lots of things, including the rail network. The staff at the hotel are incredibly friendly & helpful. I’d like to give a special mention to Khau who always had a happy welcome smile when we returned & always had great ideas of where to go & what to see! Thank you Khau x

Loved this French-inspired hotel 🤍 The whole place felt so luxurious. The bathroom was beautiful, and the bed was incredibly comfortable.
The staff were also super friendly and attentive. As soon as our car pulled up, they were there to open the door and welcome us.
Shoutout to Khao, who saw my partner and me taking turns taking photos of each other at the reception area. She came over and asked if we wanted a photo together, then made sure we got all the best angles and backgrounds. Such a thoughtful gesture and we really appreciated it.
Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again

We had a wonderful time at Bella Sera! The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. A special thank you to Aey, Nutty, Kaew, and Jiew for their outstanding service—they were friendly, attentive, and made our dining experience even more enjoyable. Very nice experience overall at Sofitel Bangkok. We had dinner at Bella Sera, thank you to Aye, Jiew, Nutty, Pat and Tus cor their excellent hospitality. They helped us in menu finalisation and provided excellent and personal service. Also had dinner at Belga rooftop and there too the food was excellent

I've stayed at a lot of Sofitels over the years but after a few average stays here it was one of the few I'd stopped visiting. With the level of competition in Bangkok I'd just thought it didn't quite stack up to the competition.

My mother visited so I thought for her we could give it another try and I'm glad I did.

My mother has celiac disease and the hotel were easily able to adjust restaurant dishes and lounge foods to allow for her food allergy. It's very unusual to take her to a restaurant and be told they can adjust almost the whole menu.

The rooms and service were very nice but I'd say met expectations more than exceeded. The location is questionable but it is very convenient to terminal 21 and the BTS which can be reached without leaving cover if it's raining. There are street stalls around that go up of a night which was good for my mother to get to close to the hotel. There are also tons of hookers but they seem to keep to themselves unless approached.

Overall I think a nice hotel in a lively area thats still safe. Good service and food.

Location is central, well connected, they have recently done the pool which was nice, rooms were clean with everything controlled via iPad. Breakfast buffet was good, check in and out was fast, staff was very helpful. Kids did miss kidzone. Highlight was belga rooftop bar with amazing views.

We really enjoyed our stay the hotel. Location is amazing, near all convenience shopping malls. Staff is very welcoming and helpful. I would like to thank you Liv for the first day and last day for warm welcome and goodbye, breakfast team for great hospitality. The pool area was relax and refreshing. If we have chance to come back to Bangkok, will definitely choose Sofitel again.

Great stay with courteous hotel staff and good food. Front office concierge all went fine. Tui and khawo ( hope spelling is right ) were very helpful all through with special tips.

The Italian resultant offers good quality. The swimming pool is pretty decent with a poolside bar. Gym and spa quite nice too.

Great location and connected to sky train stations by footbridge starting from level 3 of the hotel.

Now on a few negatives , the rooms were smaller than my expectation and there were a bit of cockroach issue in the toilet. I think they need to do more pest control. But hotel was generous to offer upgrade ( which wasn’t possible until next day , by which time you have fully unpacked ) and also offered lounge access. The lounge was really nice with courteous staff like Gift and Cream.

Overall, pleasant stay.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of Bangkok.

I had a fabulous stay at Sofitel Sukhumvit Bangkok. With my ALL Gold membership, I was upgraded to the Club floor and received the warmest, most attentive and professional service from the team. Gift and Mariela were particularly outstanding among all. The breakfast, afternoon tea and evening cocktail spread were phenomenal and I can’t wait to come back again.

Perfect... again. I've been coming here for years... always a club room so that i can use the lounge. Macky and his team are fantastic, so dedicated , caring and so friendly - i feel totally spoiled.
I wouldn't stay anywhere else in BKK: such a pleasure to return and get welcomed by Jacky.
