Pros:

Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter - besonders die Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption Gift (danke für die Hilfe) , zentrale Lage mit BTS-Anbindung

Cons:

Die erste Nacht haben wir ein Zimmer bekommen, das unmittelbar neben einem Technikraum war und die ganze Nacht Lärm zu hören war.
Im Zuge des letzten Umbaus wurden leider auch die Betten erneuert. Diese sind extrem hart und waren für uns sehr unbequem. Nach einer Reklamation bekamen wir aber ein anderes Zimmer und entsprechende Topper.

Pros:

We always enjoy staying at Sofitel in Bangkok, close to shopping and wide selection of restaurants. Chrispy and her team made our stay little more enjoyable with their personal care durning our stay.

Pros:

I’ve probably stayed here for almost 30 nights because it’s very close to my workplace. I really enjoy staying here because the staff are so kind and attentive to even the smallest details.
A special thank you to the team at the Club Millésime Lounge — N’Mack, N’Crispy, and N’Nok. They are friendly, and always make guests feel comfortable while still giving us privacy. They truly make me feel like I’m at home.
Also, N’F at the pool bar always remembers what I like to drink and is incredibly hardworking. It’s little things like this that make a stay so special.
The food at Belga and Maison is yummy, and the cocktails are perfectly balanced. Even when ordering many glasses, the taste is always consistent. That’s definitely one of the reasons I keep coming back and enjoy staying here so much 😉

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Sofitel Bangkok. The entire process, from check-in to check-out, was incredibly smooth and seamless. A huge thank you to the Executive Lounge staff, Tide and Gift, for their outstanding hospitality and attention to detail. They truly went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, ensuring a perfect stay. I highly recommend this hotel for its top-notch service and amazing staff!

Best hotel in Bangkok.
Pros:

Tide and the team at the Sofitel Bangkok really know how to make a guest feel welcome and special. They provided me everything I could have asked for even before I knew I wanted it. I spent my 50th birthday here and it was an experience I’ll NEVER forget. Big thanks to the team at Sofitel.

I know the battle as if I'm going home.
Pros:

Me and my daughter we go holiday in Thailand and stayed in sofitel sukhumvit for about 3 weeks. I am very grateful to the housekeeping she name poi and also, the others who came to take care of room 2805. And thanks for that's a toy they gave to my daughter too.. And for breakfast, all the staff were very lovely, especially k.Bam, she could remember my drinks every morning.
Everyone in other departments was
lovely as well.!🥰🥰

Great Hotel With Lovely Updated Rooms and a fantastic Lounge
Pros:

Stayed for a total of 4 nights across 2 different stays. As always excellent. The rooms work well...although personally I don't love the tablet used to operate the room controls. Otherwise rooms and amenities are very good. Favourite part of this hotel is the Lounge which is exceptional....Great service great cocktails. Location is super convenient. Highly recommend

Exceptional Service and True Sofitel Luxury
Pros:

As always, the staff at Sofitel deliver fantastic and truly unique service. Very welcoming and professional throughout our stay.

The hotel is beautiful, luxurious, spotless, and simply a place you love spending time in. The room was wonderful with a great view overlooking both the pool and the city.

The breakfast was in true Sofitel style – nothing was missing.

Sofitel is truly a great brand, and we will definitely look for it again in the future.

Our stay at Sofitel Sukhumvit was very good
Pros:

We loved our stay at Sofitel Sukhumvit. The location of the hotel is so convenient, close to the mall and public transports.

We enjoyed the service especially at the gym and sauna facility at level 9. The lady's name was Jah (Jenny) she was very nice and polite.

The concierge staffs were also very helpful (their name was Khao and Tony). When we needed to store our luggages, they helped us immidiately and politely.

A very delightful stay, will definitely come back.
