Pros:

Wirklich gute Lage, man kann die Altstadt bequem zu Fuß erkunden. Das Hotel war sauber und das Personal freundlich.

Cons:

In der Umgebung des Hotels gibt es nur sehr wenige Restaurants und noch weniger Bars.

Confortável e muito bem localizado
Pros:

O hotel é muito bem localizado, praticamente em frente a Plaza de Espanha. O quarto que ficamos era bem espaçoso, com banheiro grande também. As toalhas, os lençóis e o colchão eram bem confortáveis. A equipe é muito educada e simpática. Voltaria com certeza!

Cons:

O hotel é um pouco antigo, e o quarto que ficamos ainda não foi reformado para ficar um pouco mais moderno. A iluminação deixa um pouco a desejar, porque só tem duas arandelas nas cabeceiras da cama e uma luz na entrada. No primeiro dia o ar condicionado não funcionou, e como chegamos a noite e o hotel estava lotado, não tinha outro quarto para nós realocar. No outro dia a manutenção foi acionada e fez o conserto. O banheiro é antigo também...é naquele estilo que a banheira é o box, e mesmo com um vidro em metade da área, a água escorrida para o chão. Meus amigos ficaram em um outro quarto que já tinha sido reformado, que, apesar de ser um pouco menor, é mais agradável.

Buen hotel, no volvería
Pros:

El hotel está frente a Plaza España, a muy pocos minutos de las otras atracciones turísticas (Alcazaba, Catedral) La cama y las almohadas muy cómodas y las toallas de muy linda textura. A mi criterio, es un 3 estrellas, no 4, por sus características.
La habitación que nos dieron no le funcionaba el aire acondicionado y nos cambiaron a otra. El personal que intentó arreglarlo fue muy gentil. El empleado del día de nuestra salida, muy amable

Cons:

Cuando llegamos, el empleado que nos atendió lo hizo de mala gama, nos contestaba con monosílabos y no nos pudo dar información. Nos sorprendió que tanto esa persona como la chica de la noche -oriunda de Cádiz- no conocieran lugares cercanos y no pudieran darnos data acerca de los pueblos blancos, la mujer solo conocía uno.

Le petit déjeuner était copieux et l hôtel est bien situé, proche de la place d Espagne.

Cons:

Manque de confort : pas de bouilloire ou cafetière dans la chambre, pas de prise de chaque côté du lit (prise sur le mur en face au pied du lit, donc un téléphone qui charge au sol) et surtout une chambre très mal insonorisée car on entendait la conversation de la chambre voisine

Locatie gelegen tegenover de plaza de España en op 15min wandelen van het paleis.

Cons:

Gelegen aan een drukke weg. Ik kreeg een kamer aan de voorzijde. Kamer is gedateerd. Ontzettend gehorig. Ik heb heel slecht kunnen slapen vanwege verkeer tot laat in de avond en de overige hotelgasten. Gevraagd voor een andere kamer, helaas alleen tegen betaling. Dit heb ik niet gedaan. Voor de prijs die is betaald, had ik iets meer verwacht. Meer comfort.
Personeel doet wat het moet doen, vertellen niets over de mogelijkheden bij accommodatie of bezienswaardigheden. Kon amper een glimlach van af. Ook met uitchecken wordt er niet gevraagd hoe je verblijf is geweest. Voor dit hotel nooit weer

Die zentrumsnahe Lage. Gegenüber ist gleich die Plaza de espana und viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind gut Zufuß zu erreichen.

Cons:

Worst sleep experience, not a four-star hotel !
Pros:

Before I write my review, I will praise the staff for their kindness and friendliness because my bad experience is certainly due to managerial decisions.

The Breakfest is varied and of good quality.

Cons:

This is absolutely not a 4 star hotel and the rating MUST be reviewed.

I'm very disappointed with my stay and I find it overpriced for the quality of the room, it's borderline false advertising.

I had one of the worst sleep experiences in my life : Wobbly unstable squeaky beds , and very uncomfortable pillows.

The room is not well soundproofed for an hotel overlooking a large avenue, you will hear cars, people, room neighbours (shower, talking, and a lot more). Moldy shower , stained room walls and broken window handles.

You can't call yourself a four star with these conditions, and i'm not even talking about not providing complementary tea, coffee and a kettle.
