A comfortable unit very close to the beach.
Pros:

Very comfortable room that was warm and cozy. Easy beach access

Cons:

No ocean view from the unit, which wasn’t really expected. Very limited ocean view from the lookout because of trees/shrubs.

Fix your hot water tank.

Cons:

Our unit ran out of hot water both times we tried to use the bath tub. The desk staff said that their maintenance team was blaming us for using all the hot water and to wait an hour for the tank to refill, but we were not in the unit all day, and they seemed to be uninterested in doing anything about it as their maintenance team suggested that it was our fault. Brutal experience to not be able to have a bath on a cold winter day at a very expensive property. Would never go back after being treated like this.

We like cox bay beach resort, we have been there before and will likely go there again.
Pros:

Location is great, close to town and beach. They were able to accommodate us with our dog at the last minute as we like to have the dog with us for this type of vacation

Cons:

Kitchen could use a few more items to make it more convenient for cooking and eating.

Beautiful location. Our suite was one of the few with a balcony with a view which we used on our one sunny day. Waves were amazing!

Overall enjoyed our stay and would go back again.
Pros:

Close to the beach. Not far from town. Beautiful scenery. The apartment was comfortable and homey.

Cons:

We had asked on Friday(after being there since Monday) for clean towels and for the floor to be swept/vacuumed and were told maybe someone would be there the next day. No one came to do a quick clean. They could have left a broom and we would have swept it ourselves.

Couldn't have been a nicer place to stay with family. THANK YOU!
Pros:

Excellent all around. Wonderful hot tub and sauna and observation room. Kitchen was fully functional with excellent pots, pans etc.

Cons:

The pull out couch/ bed was a rather squeeky, but still comfy. The keys to room 17 didn't lock/ unlock well. Room 18 was just fine.
