Hotel war direkt gegenüber der Messe.

Cons:

Zimmer schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber noch OK. Was genervt hat war wieder mal das Problem dass der Checkout pro Person 10 Minuten gedauert hat, weil das Staff weder die IT ordentlich bedienen kann und generell Probleme beim Lesen und Schreiben (abtippen von Visitenkartendaten) hatte.

A comfortable and pleasant place
Pros:

The hotel was beautiful, modern, and very comfortable. The entire staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived.

The room was very spacious, exceptionally clean, and equipped with all the amenities you would expect for a comfortable stay.

Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, and I would gladly recommend this hotel to other travelers.

Cons:

The bathroom had a very modern design, featuring a glass barn-style sliding door. While stylish, it did not provide much privacy.

Other than that, the hotel was good overall and offered a comfortable stay.

We were turned back at the reception because they gave away our rooms which we had paid for. They gave away reserved and paid for rooms to people walking in without reservations. They did not apologize to us, and were rude

Cons:

Wir haben eine doppelte Buchung vorgenommen (was klar unser Fehler war) aber zu unsere Enttäuschung ist man uns überhaupt nicht entgegen gekommen mit den Kosten und hat die Verantwortung einfach abgeschoben.
