Pide habitación en la TORRE, no en la zona de ALBERCA
Pros:

La ubicacion y la recepcion del hotel (amplia y bonita).

Cons:

Los cuartos de la parte de la alberca... les urge mantenimiento especialmente a los baños. Muebles viejos y rotos, la alfombra muy sucia. El ruido del exterior a todo lo que da, Nada que ver con los cuartos de la torre (mas nuevos) por el mismo precio. Estos cuartos deberían tener otra tarifa por las condiciones en las que están.

Hay mala comunicacion entre el personal del restaruante y la recepcion. Yo tenia tarifa con desayuno incluido para 3 personas y me hicieron pagar un desayuno porque segun ellos solo incluia el de dos personas (lo cual no era correcto). Se aclaro despues (un dia despues) pero los $450 de un desayuno nadie me los devolvió. Con las opciones que hay cerca, no volveria a pagar tarifa con desayuno.

Atención espantosa en recepción y cero empatía con personas de la tercera edad.

El trato en la recepción fue espantoso y poco respetuoso no se informo de los elevadores y al preguntar otra vez la señorita de recepción no contesto con muy mala actitud, al ver las personas de la tercera edad subir escaleras con maletas los botones o trabajadores del hotel solo miraron con cero empatia, que pena me dio enviar a mis papas ahi, nunca mas vuelvo y menos recomendar.

Una estancia segura, agradable y cómoda.

Excelente ubicación, se encuentra justo en frente de plaza del sol y a poca distancia de plaza la perla. El personal muy amable y las instalaciones limpias.
