Decent would have been very good if my room smelled better.

Norfolk Stop over
Pros:

Free Breakfast was very good. The location was slightly obscure but quiet. Room was clean and quiet.

Cons:

1. Not enough towels and wash cloths were left in the room. When we checked with the Front Desk they were completely out. I waited until morning to receive the towels and wash cloths.

2. A weird loud gurgling sound coming from the Bathtub woke me up out of a sound sleep at 4:00am. I jumped up to check it to make sure water, sewage, etc wasn't backing up into the Bathroom. Luckily it was just noise and not actual water.

Pros:

The free breakfast was hot w healthy options. The pool was clean and well maintained.

The outlets next to the bed didn’t work but we advised the staff so I’m sure they’ll fix it.

アメニティのシャンプー、ボディソープが切れてて残念だった。しっかり補充してもらいたい。

Great nights sleep, no noise disturbance. Gorgeous room and spacious.
Pros:

Breakfast was yummy. I liked the Variety. There was alot of space for the breakfast area. The water pressure in the shower was excellent! The bed was so comfortable and plush pillows made for a great nights sleep.

Cons:

I found what looked like a pubic hair in my Ice Container so i didnt want to use it. I used the plastic bag it came with instead.

Decent… not my best stay.
Pros:

Very clean and Tatianna was very sweet

Cons:

Ran out of food an hour before breakfast was closed. Coffee dispenser is not 24 hrs and pool towels were rationed out, on a holiday weekend was baffling

FRONT DESK SERVICE
Pros:

I came in almost midnight on June 24th and Nicole who was at the front desk was very helpful and having a smile for me, made me feel so much better. She organized my key very quickly, asked if I needed anything, helped me with it. I got my wakeup call early in the morning and when I went downstairs, she was there to greet me with another smile. Thank you very much Nicole. Please ensure she gets my thanks.
