Reserve el hotel con alberca para Que mis hijos descansaran de un viaje largo y desafortunadamente estaba en mantenimiento por 1 mes la alberca. Me hubiera gustado se me notificara ya que por eso decidí reservar en ese hotel. Sino hubiera querido alberca me hubiera ido a otro por el costo.

Pros:

A clean hotel in a quiet neighbourhood. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel has a White Spot on site, which made getting meals easy Our booking included breakfast; we had a hearty breakfast at White Spot before hitting the road which was nice. The room was spacious and the bathroom had a large counter, which was great for our family of four (two adults and two children). A short walk will take you to McArthur Island Park. Northill Shopping Centre was across the road, which had a Starbucks and a grocery store. I would stay in this property again!

Cons:

The bed was pretty tall for a short person like me. It's comfy though!

Nice new well run Holiday Inn in Kamloops
Pros:

Manager was excellent. As he booked sealed about local sites. I commented I had been in Canada almost a week and hadn’t visited Tim Hortons. With out a hint of a smile he gave me careful instructions to the nearest one and noted that Canada’s second best destination, Canada Tire, was right next door. 😜

It’s in Kamloops.

Another great stay before flying out of Kamloops
Pros:

Always a good stay here when I need to fly out of Kamloops. I have to say, on this occasion the manager, Jack, was exceptional. Very accommodating and great with the kids.

Cons:

Nothing, all was perfect.

Fenced Dog Run Highlight
Pros:

The fenced dog run was a pretty good perk - removes any guess work of where to take your dogs or having to go far, or even having disgusting sidewalk poops and other missiles to dodge around the hotel too. Would love if other hotels adopted this too.

The restaurant was good too, we just got "takeout" which consisted of ordering what we wanted, waiting and then picking it up to take back to the room.

Staff were also friendly.

Cons:

Find it hard to pick something - The Bath to Shower faucet is leaking so the Shower pressure was reduced as there was still water getting past the seal..

Holiday Inn is convenient to our daughter's home.
Pros:

White Spot was very good. Young fellow on duty was very accommodating.

Cons:

Bed was comfortable but too high for 'old' people. Also, toilets for too low for 'old' people.
