Our family had a great stay at Haiwaihai Crown Hotel. The check in was very smooth and speedy; the room is spacious and clean, and very nice view. Due to our schedule, the staff also extended our check out time, which is very helpful! Thanks.
Very good
The bed is really comfortable and the bedroom spacious with all the amenities like safe, toiletries, kettle etc. It was great to have 4 bottles of drinking water daily. The staff ,except one, could speak English well and was very helpful.
Breakfast was varied, but cooked food wasn't served warm enough.
Reception Evan at check was efficient enough to handle.
Bed in room was dark and bathroom was moudly,no bed makeup only clear rubbish n change towels.
Upon checkup,we request for taxi only to be told" Do it yourself" as no longer provide taxi services call.It was after awhile that we spoke to the doorman n he asked to ask front desk as not his job.
In my so many years of traveling,this is about the one hotel that I have to comment so badly.Will not go back again after 4 nights trip.
