Pros:

Thank you so much for the complimentary upgrade to a one-bedroom apartment. It was spacious, comfortable, and offered a spectacular view of the Chao Phraya River. We also truly appreciated the special decoration prepared for our stay :)
The breakfast was amazing, and all the staff were wonderful and attentive. Overall, we had a very memorable anniversary stay at Chatrium Hotel Riverside Bangkok and will definitely come back again.

Schönes Hotel am Wasser mit sehr gutem Frühstück

Insgesamt ein schönes Hotel, leider etwas in die Jahre gekommen, in den Fluren riecht es muffig, was von den Aircons kommt. Maintenance fuer Aircons und Badezimmer notwendig. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und gut, bei gutem service.

接待人員服務不錯，第一天提早1小時到飯店，也讓我提早入住

面河風景不錯。房間蠻大的，有翻新過。游泳池蠻大的。

Cons:

原本看飯店的問答是說陽台可以抽煙，但到了現場卻說全面禁煙，原本就是為了陽台可以抽煙而去住的，現在連這點優勢都沒有，是我就會去住其他飯店。
整潔需加強，床頭板上、窗簾下、洗手台下，都看得到蟲屍。
浴缸不夠深，若正常坐，只泡得到肚臍。
