Amazing stay from service to dining!
Pros:

Very large rooms and comfortable beds. Also great to have a kitchen space and balcony. The service at the hotel was outstanding, they always come to you with your needs. Cleaning of rooms and new bed sheets every day!

Cons:

Small upgrade needed on the rooms, but this is minor detail.

Pros:

Fantastic hotel in a beautiful location on the river. Next time we'll stay for more than one night so we can enjoy the pool (with its wonderful view) and the comfortable room for even longer! The staff were incredibly friendly and proactively thought along with us, without ever being pushy!

بعد المسافة عن المولات واتمنى من اللي يحجز يحجز شاتريوم غراند كنا نعتقد هذا في الاول لكن انصدمنا من الفندق وموقعه لاتخطؤون نفس الخطأ اللي وقعنا فيه حاولنا نغيير على الفندق الثاني لكن للاسف رفضوا يرجعون لنا الفلوس وقلنا لهم هذوا مال ليله لكن رفضوا فلا تقعون في نفس الخطأ

Lovely stay - would come again
Pros:

Excellent hotel - loved every minute of the stay from the huge rooms to the swimming pool which was also suitable to do lengths not just mess around. Free minibar. Really helpful and friendly staff - nothing was too much. Also lovely location near the river - free shuttle boat to main pier and iconsiam mall. Would stay again!
