Fabulous location with nice rider front bedrooms. Restaurant buffet and ala carte exceptional quality.

Cons:

Ridiculous approach to upselling rooms. Reception team confused themselves with what they were attempting to sell! Screamed low season, hard sell and staff inexperience. Definitely out us off staying again.

When upselling, consideration needa to be given, customers will have been travelling and may not have the patience to be walked around 3-4 rooms to see ‘here’s where you could stay’! This happened to us and unfortunately the girl showing us the rooms, confused herself as to which room we’d actually booked! Out of frustration, we just booked the one with the nicest view and not the oddly shaped suite that was allegedly an upgrade.

Transparency and clarity of message is critical.

Lovely place to stay- we were able to access Bangkok and visit main sites, and also relax in a lovely hotel.

OMG... Best value for money, especially the room with a river view at night. The best view of Bangkok and the busy dinner cruise. The best way to enjoy the night. The buffet was amazing, and there is a shuttle boat to the nearby BTS and ICONSIAM.

Lounge area in apartment was not homely - very cold and simple in atmosphere

Nice kitchen in apparent but no cooking facilities
Phones not working in apartment
No internet access on TV
Some maintenance issues need addressing
