Pros:

Hotel muito bonito, quarto e banheiro espaçosos, cama confortável, tudo muito limpo. Café da manhã com muitas opções. Várias opções de restaurante a uma distância tranquila caminhando do hotel.

Away from hustle
Pros:

Fabulous hotel, very tricky lift section to get to 8th floor, mastered it in two days,
But mucked up a few times. Lovely pool as temperatures were high 30s outside
Bar made good coffee and cool beers.
Very friendly staff, room very nice with view of harbour and balcony, very good breakfasts in restaurant.

It’s a nice hotel , but I’d not come back on the summer . Carpeted room gets really warm. Staff isn’t very nice or helpf
Pros:

Location is convenient, very large room that accommodated me and my 2 teenagers very well. Pool area is also nice and breakfast was quite good

Cons:

I would come back in the summer . The AC just doesn’t chill the room - brought this up to the staff who were not very helpful or friendly most of the times .

Pros:

Location is good - close to bus stop to get to old town. Rooms with balcony on 5th floor with a nice view (beware: some rooms dark right next to a wall); nice breakfast area

Cons:

Could pay more attention to not place veggie items right between bacon and sausages at the breakfast buffet - not very nice for vegetarians.

Great Holiday
Pros:

Stayed here for a week as part of a cruise and stay hoilday. Very impressed with our stay, spotlessly clean, lovely pool area. Yes sometimes it was difficult to get a sunbed, however they also had sunbeds in an adjacent garden.
Nice bar area, with plenty of seating, serving meals and drinks throughout the day and evening. Food in the buffet was good with a great choice both for breakfast and dinner. There was entertainment on a few nights which was lovely.
We stayed B&B but chose to eat in the hotel on 3 occaisions, nice food with a 20% discount for hotel guests good value. In fact the food and drink prices in the hotel were good value.
Our room was really spacious, modern with a generous sized bathroom. We had a small balcony with 2 chairs which looked out over the back of the hotel. The view however was lovely and we didn't sit there much as it was too hot when we we there. We also had aircon and a safe that were free to use.
All the staff were exceptional especially the young lady who served in the bar patio always greeting us with a smile.
We would definitely stay here again should we return to Dubrovnik.

No pool chairs.
Pros:

Pool area requires chairs aswell as sunbeds , i sat in a green wicker chair by the pool next to my wife on a sun bed , i have back issues and cant get low enough for a sun bed , i was asked by pool attendant to vacate chair as they where for staff ? I asked him where any staff requiring the chair at that time he said no , there's quite a lot of chairs in a covered area so i asked could i use one of those outside by the pool he said no , which i understood as they are not pool chairs , as a consequence of pool attendants inflexibility i was forced to sit away from my group out of the sun in the covered area ? Maybe some pool chairs could be provided ?

Excellent hotel close to Harbour.
Pros:

Very close to our cruise departure. Vibrant hotel with bar and restaurant, lovely pool and great breakfast. Staff very efficient and friendly.

Pros:

Dans un bâtiment ancien qui a du charme.
Belle piscine.

Cons:

C’est touristique. Accueil mitigé selon la personne en face.
À une bonne distance de marche de la vieille-ville. Prendre les transports en n commun ou un taxi est nécessaire.

Perfect for our 2 nights in Dubrovnik.
Pros:

Rooms and facility were Clean, well maintained.
Breakfast was decent quality.
Beds were comfortable
Location was perfect for us. A little away from old town chaos, but easy to get too.
Lots of restaurants and fun beaches walking distance to the hotel too

Cons:

Nothing particular. It was everything we wanted and good value for our $$
