Hotel with great staff and great views
Pros:

Lovely hotel in central Lapad opposite the harbour. Hotel was clean, staff were friendly, the room was modern and of good size and the morning breakfast had an impressive buffet range. Although the hotel has an odd lift system (we were on floor 8 the highest floor), it is difficult to complain about anything for the amount of money we spent (roughly £460 for 4 nights). Overall - great value for money hotel in a fantastic area with lovely views and great accommodating staff.

Breakfast was superb, such variety! The room was lovely, though I've never been faced with such complex panels of controls, I've flown planes but this had me baffled.

Cons:

There were so many options I didn't understand them all, and thought the main restaurant was one where you would pick a meal from a menu, and had read online about the great presentation and vegetarian options. Turns out there's something called full board where you pay $27 for a buffet dinner, which since it's all you can eat could be a great deal, but I'm a vegetarian and scampering around from one carousel of food options to another looking for something I could eat, was a downer. Pretty expensive for sides of cauliflower and peppers. Ate in the bar off a different menu after that.

Cons:

As English tea drinkers, we were surprised there were no tea pots available at breeakfast, although we did ask and every day we were give a couple of small ones. Also ordered poached eggs every day but on day 2 these were not cooked very well so did not order after that. Also in rooms we found the wooden bed corners annmoying as we kept on bumping into them on way past and grazing our legs as was tight fit in room

Fantastic hotel right in centre and on the harbour.
Bus stops outside if needed.35 min walk to old town,which is a must.
Bars and restaurants nearby and cornor shops.
Food basic in hotel but tasty and good selection.
Staff friendly

Prices in the bar not too bad considering a hotel.
Rooms clean and fresh,we had balcony with view off harbour.
Go on boat trip,it's a local ferry that goes around 3 islands, can get off if u wish.only €7 each for 3hours...bargain

Wish we could stay longer!
Pros:

The sympathetic restoration of the original building combined with the practical qualities of the new building. Our room was comfortable and quiet. All the staff were very friendly snd helpful.
