Pros:

港が見え、後背は住宅地の静かな立地です。旧市街にはバス6番で行けます。便利ですし、ゆっくりするにはビッタリのホテルです。ここを拠点に、ドブロブニクをいろいろ楽しみました。設備も整っています。
早朝出発の日帰りツアーの際は、ブレックファーストボックスを提供してくれました。ありがとう！ございます。

Cons:

バスタブにお湯を貯めるのに時間がきりました。

Great location for visiting Dubrovnik but still having whites experience that does not break the bank
Pros:

Great location with easy bus access to and from the old city. Good breakfast, nice pool, with good size rooms

Cons:

Believe the rooms were not cleaned daily, just tidied/beds made

Had an enjoyable experience and would stay again.

Clean and neat. Service was excellent.

Cons:

Was a bit away from the old town which was a bit of a hassle as you couldn’t walk there. Rooms a touch in the small side.

Great spot to stay whilst visiting Dubrovnik
Pros:

can't really stay in the old town of Dubrovnik so staying in Lapad is the next best thing. The hotel is high quality with great service and facilities. It's own restaurant and food were very nice. It is in an attractive area with nice restaurants, near a beach and not far from a bus that takes you to the old town

Muy buen hotel
Pros:

Excelente atención, muy buen buffet de desayuno, está bien ubicado, a 10min de la old town, muy buenas instalaciones.

Cons:

lo único es que si te dejan en las últimas plantas cuesta un poco mas de tiempo en llegar porque tienes que tomar 2 o 3 ascensores en diferentes partes.

Le personnel TRES désagréable.
GORAN s’est comporté d’une manière très hautaine et totalement désagréable parce que l’on a osé demander 30min de plus pour le check out qui est à 11h… pire en effectuant le check out on a demander a laisser nos bagages a la consigne il nous à demander pour combien de temps… a croire qu’il va les porter sur son dos pendant les 2h qu’on a demander.
On a demander pas des mais juste une bouteille d’eau on nous à littéralement dit de boire l’eau du robinet du lavabo des toilettes ou de la douche… c’est de l’eau potable a ce qu’il parait ! Pour un hotel 4 étoiles c’est ABSURDE.
l’eau quasiment inexistant dans la douche, le debit de l’eau est incroyablement faible c’est a croire qu’on se douche sous un goutte a goutte.
Le petit déjeuner c’est soit vous vous réveilleza 6h30 soit vous serez dévisagez pendant tout le petit dej et limite on vous demande de vous en allez…

Avoid 1st floor rooms, noisy & can be facing a building
Pros:

Stayed at Hotel Lapad for 4 nights with my sister and mother.
Positives:
- Breakfast buffet is extensive, lots of options for everyone, the timings are also good 6-10 am accommodating for early start
- The staff is very polite and helpful. They arranged a cake for my sister's birthday and decorated it (I paid for the cake but presentation was great)
- Location is great away from Old Town tourist rush and lots of cafes/restaurants at walking distance. Bus 6 stop is walkable too
- Beds are comfortable and clean

Cons:

- The hotel is dated in its infrastructure with several power points not functional, old bathroom fixtures, dated dark carpet
- We had requested for a marina facing room, as it was a special trip for my sisters bday and with my 80 yr old mom, we were given a room on the marina side but facing another building. Through the 4 days we were facing a wall from our room windows which wasn't a great experience having traveled across the world for the views
