The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The view at breakfast is beautiful and the food delicious.
The floors are old and creaky.
From the restaurant the view was fantastic and we enjoyed it.
Not much facility to use.
The views are to die for! Staff are excellent. Evening meal very good and well priced

Nigel at the front desk was exceptional; he kindly arranged luggage storage for us when we arrived early by train. By the time we checked in later that afternoon, our bags had already been delivered to our room. He also shared great insights regarding the hotel facilities and Blue Mountains attractions. While the hotel is a bit of a walk from the station (about 5 to 7 minutes) and the soundproofing is a little thin—I could hear neighbors talking at night—the property is very clean and well-maintained.
Sound proffing of the rooms. I can hear neighbors talking at night.
It was very close to the Scenic world, the staff were lovely, the fireplace and spa room was amazing, and the heritage aesthetic truly lives up to its name.
