Cosy winter break
Pros:

The staff were wonderful and rooms comfortable. And the towel! So nice to have large bath towels that were quite fluffy.

Cons:

No lifts but the staff took my bag up. The distance from the main part of Katoomba was walkable but walking uphill from the station with my suitcase wasn’t flash

A short stay of immense value. Thank you.
Pros:

I loved the old building, my room and the beautiful outlook. Close to Katoomba and Leura it made a lovely base for lovely walks and drives in the Blue Mountains. Breakfast was great too.

As regular guests, it truly feels like our home away from home.
Pros:

The hotel is always impeccably clean, and the rooms are exceptionally spacious, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The beds are so comfortable that we always enjoy a restful night's sleep.
One of the things we love most is opening the windows and breathing in the fresh mountain air. It is such a simple pleasure, but it makes every stay feel special and relaxing.
The location is perfect, close to everything you need, including shops, cafés, restaurants, and the many wonderful attractions of Katoomba and the Blue Mountains.
What keeps us coming back time and time again is the warm atmosphere and consistent quality. We genuinely love this hotel and always look forward to our next visit. We highly recommend the Mountain Heritage Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming, and memorable stay in the Blue Mountains.

We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely rebook!
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and made every effort to make our stay enjoyable. Our room was large and comfortable. The hotel is old but very cozy. The view from the bar and restaurant downstairs was stunning. We really enjoyed sitting by the fire at night playing board games and listening to the pianist. We also took advantage of happy hour at the bar and enjoyed the complimentary canapés.

Cons:

We couldn’t get a car park on our second night as it was very busy over the long weekend, however managed to find one up the road. It’s a bit far to walk into town, but it’s only a very short drive.

We were made to feel comfortable and welcome.
Pros:

The property was well-maintained and had a wonderful ambiance about it. Listening to the pianist while sipping a cocktail on a cold Saturday night was definitely a highlight. Very calm and peaceful here. Enjoyed the extensive photo collection too.

Cons:

Liked everything. This hotel is a hidden gem 😊
