The heritage features and the ambience were very special.
The views were spectacular at all different times of the day and evening.
Breakfast as well as our dinner were great.
Although we didn’t go there to watch TV , it would have been nice to be able to choose from all free to air channels and the possibility of a streaming service.
The TV was terrible.
There was some wear and tear in the bathroom which detracted from the overall experience.
The staff were friendly and helpful, the fireplaces were wonderful to sit around, the views magnificent and breakfast was amazing
A beautiful, historic hotel located a short 5-10min walk from the shopping area in Katoomba. Tastefully decorated with comfortable communal areas to spend time and relax with family and friends. Very helpful staff, who were present and friendly but allowed space for privacy and chilling out. Beautiful views. Lovely spacious rooms. Very comfortable beds. Good toiletries and luxurious bath to relax in at the end of the day. Games room was fun for the kids with the ping pong and pool tables. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to the next time we can bring our family and friends back here.

Old world charm, character hotel. Dinner was enjoyable and reasonably priced. Good, friendly staff.
A bit tired. Bathrooms need a deep clean of mould around tiles/grouting. Reviews about breakfast were over rated.
