The location was great and so easy to find!!
The hotel itself seemed really clean but our room not so much. Food crumbs all over the floor and a few dead bugs. Also some of the sheets had some dirty spots. Cleaning the rooms themselves needs a little improvement.

The pool water was really oily and dirty. There was weird material floating in the water.
The room was pleasantly large with an extra sitting space that included a couch and coffee table area. Beds were very comfortable. I especially liked the lemon water in the main lobby. Very refreshing!
The a/c unit under the window was old and was not working right. It was very cold when we got back from being out and we adjusted it, but over time it got very warm in the room and we woke up trying to adjust it with no success. I went to call the front desk and the phone they provided wasn't even hooked up! It was very late and I wasn't getting dressed to go down to the lobby, so we just dealt with it. When I told the front desk about it, she could see it was 74 degrees in the room. I should have been informed when I checked in that there was a thermostat on the wall to control the temperature. I said I wasn't told that and the gentleman I spoke with was the owner, who was trying to push their app that I had no interest in downloading and learning just to stay one night.
The water was coming out the back of the shower head, and it must have been 7 or 8 feet high! I could not reach it to adjust it. Other than those two things, everything else was great.
I did complain and mentioned we should be compensated for our trouble, but we never heard back from the owner to address our issue, not even an apology.

Very clean. Comfortable room. It was quiet, I didn’t hear a lot of noise in the halls.

Location and room for a one night stay.
Check in staff could have been more customer friendly. The pool was a bit deceiving mentioning it was heated. The room was warm, but the water seemed chilly. We couldn't find the lights to turn on. There seemed to be lack of communication. The room seemed a little bit warm. My husband tried adjusting the thermostat, but it just reset itself. On the second floor, there was a dip in the floor (hallway)going to our room. My husband trip over it.
The breakfast was nice just too early.
My bathroom had a bit of mold in the tub and the floor was not cleaned properly. The elevator was also not cleaned until day 3.
