Pleasant place but with unprepared staff . If booking with them, make sure the pool is working.

It was a nice room, comfortable beds.

Cons:

I chose this hotel because it had swimming pool, when I got there they told me the pool was closed because it's not summer yet... maybe that should be mentioned in the description as not to create false expectations (as it did in this case). The staff, although welcoming, don't seem prepared to give good/reliable information to tourists, they couldn't even give correct directions to restaurants and shops. Finally, the bathtub setup is inconvenient and it Borders the dangerous, as it's easy to slip entering or exiting the bathtub.

La comodidad de la cama y las instalaciones de la habitación (neverita, mesa y sillón...), la limpieza y que había bidé!!

Cons:

Solo que no había enchufes en las mesitas de noche (pero sí junto a la mesa y en el baño) y que el agua no tenía término templado entre frío y caliente. Moviendo un milímetro el grifo salía o congelada o ardiendo.
