Il Cameriere e il conto
Cons:

Al ristorante che un cameriere prima che finissi di mangiare, mancavano 30 minuti al termine del servizio, mi ha interrotto la cena e ha insistito che lo pagassi perché poi dovevw chiudere la cassa.

Great hotel, great staff, would recommend
Pros:

Staff very welcoming and friendly. Loved the air conditioning in the rooms. It’s was brilliant.

Cons:

Maybe the walls are a Little tired could do with a Paint but not an issue.

Estancia cómoda
Pros:

La amplitud y comodidad de la habitación. Ubicación perfecta si vas de paso. Piscina refrescante para los días de calor. Personal muy agradable en recepción y el socorrista

Cons:

El precio del desayuno es un poco elevado, por eso decidimos realizarlo fuera del hotel

A decent hotel if you're going to a concert in that part of town.
Pros:

I was going to a concert at a venue just up the road so this hotel really worked for me. It is a bit out of Murcia though and only really useful to stay there if out of town shopping centres float your boat!! Pretty hard to tell what the hotel would normally be like as I stayed on the night that Spain won the Football World Cup. But the room was very comfortable. Didn't use any of the facilities so can't comment on that.

Cons:

When checking in, it would have been helpful to have been told a little more about the facilities of the hotel. I knew nothing. It wasn't an especially welcoming check-in. However, the chap working overnight at reception was very friendly so I suspect I just met somebody at the end of their shift.
