Nice cozy apartment
Pros:

Very cozy nice and clean room. The bar open late downstairs is a plus, additionaly breakfast served in the morning as well. Main street location in a small town with a beautiful park and recreational area for families.

Pros:

If you need somewhere to base yourself while exploring northeast Scotland, this place is hard to beat for value. Was given a family room (more space, windows on two sides so plenty of light), which was appreciated. Warm welcome when I checked in. Bus and train stations, along with Union Square shopping centre, less than 5min walk away. Northlink Ferries about 10-15min walk. Room clean with plenty of tea/coffee provided.

Cons:

Only one, but is mentioned: no lift.

Clean and comfortable city centre hotel
Pros:

Position near to Railway Station ,shopping centre and city sights.Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable bed.Clean , new bathroom.

Cons:

My key to inner door did not work( new lock fitted) so I had to call reception to let me in every time I went in and out.
My room was just above a bus stop so rather noisy until buses stopped running at night.
No towel rail in bathroom.

Perfectly nice, but small
Pros:

Good location, clean. Good shower.
Friendly staff who let us leave luggage when early.

Cons:

Many narrow steps. Very tight toilet and hot (due to hot weather) noisy when windows left open.

Pleasant stay and would happily book again in the future.
Pros:

People need to ignore the rather spartan check in area just inside the front door.
Once you have ascended the stairs, there is no lift, the decor looks a lot more inviting.
I requested a high floor room with a harbour view and was given a room upgrade at the same time.
The room was dated but very clean, the bathroom had recently been modernised and was also spotless.
In summary a very pleasant stay and I'd have no hesitation booking here again in the future.

Cons:

The only thing that comes to mind was it took a time for the shower to run hot.
A minor inconvenience.

Ausgezeichnete Lage!

Ausgezeichnete zentrale Lage in Guildstreet, nahe Busstation! Sauberes Zimmer, täglich frische Habdtücher !

Cons:

Keine Parkmöglichkeit und gleich Strafticket.. Kein Aufzug, Zimmer im 2.Stock.. Kein Hinweis auf Frühstück und wo befindlich beim Einchecken, habe daher kein Frühstück konsumiert… Kaltes Zimmer, Heizung nicht funktionierend. Kein Kühlschrank .
