I regretted staying there. Really poor service

Its proximity to the train station

Cons:

Room on top floor, rats outside window, no lift, broken kettle, no bedside lamps

Wouldn’t stay again, hot and stuffy and too many stairs.
Pros:

Good location, but not much else unfortunately. We were aware that there was no lift but on a really hot day this was torture and no air con or fans.

Cons:

No blockout curtains, no fan (tried to request but was told no), no air con, couldn’t open the window due to street noise and birds so was very hot and stuffy especially on 3rd floor. Toilet was a very loud flush. Communication was hard with property.
