Felt unsafe

Cons:

Very old property that needs maintenance. Room was ok but could not lock from the inside. Location is good, but there are always people hanging by the front entrance door. I felt very unsafe when coming back to the hotel around 22h by myself, and one of the men out front started talking to me and refused to move out of the way for me to unlock the front door. This location needs 24/7 front reception for their guests’ safety, and hotel room doors must be able to be locked from the inside.

Good value, very clean and central but a bit worn
Pros:

Good value, very clean in a central location, bed was comfortable. Nice towels and shampoo.

Cons:

A bit dated and frayed around the edges. If you struggle to carry your suitcase 74 steps to the top floor then ask for floor one (there’s no lift but we enjoyed the exercise). The lobby gives you a bit of a shock when you enter (2 security doors and an enclosed booth for reception). The paint and repair person has had quite a few years off.

Basic but Comfortable, No Lift

Basic room but comfortable. Great shower

Cons:

Stairs! There’s no lift, it was a nightmare taking our holiday suitcases up to the second floor. It would be fine without luggage. The TV had no BBC channels.

- lokalizacja,
- przestronny pokój i łazienka,
- wygodne łóżko,

Cons:

- obsługa weszła do pokoju gdy w nas w nim nie było, nie zostaliśmy o tym poinformowani, zauważyliśmy to dopiero po zniknięcie suszarki do włosów,
- brak możliwości regulowania temperatury w pokoju i łazience - było bardzo zimno, grzenik w pokoju działa jedynie przez określony czas

Better than expcted, absolutely did what I needed it to
Pros:

The room was clean and very central. The bed was comfortable and the room was large enough.

Cons:

The stair lights going on by movement censors is,a bit creepy. Walking up 3 flights of stairs alone-stepping into darkness before the lights go on does not feel safe.

Verwacht een betaalbaar, comfortabel hotel in het centrum.
Pros:

De locatie is perfect, vlakbij het station. Een mooie prijs ook. Het hotel oogt wat oud, maar mijn kamer was groot, schoon en comfortabel. Het ontvangst was hartelijk en gastvrij.

N/A - Although it would be good to have some wall shelves within the bathrooms to lay out my toiletry items such as shaving gel, tooth brush, deodorants, etc, before use.
