Pros:

Familiers de l établissement depuis plus de dix ans nous apprecions l emplacement, l hôtel et particulièrement le personnel de restauration gere par gladys depuis quelques années et là gentillesse et le professionalisme de Paul et son équipe. Un entretien dès chambres et structures parfait un seul bemol une administration un peu hesitante. Bref un très bon rapport qualite prix pour ce bel établissement.

Tutto bene , ma talmente grande che diventa impersonale.
Pros:

Molti spazi a disposizione, la zona zen (quando rispettata dagli ospiti), la vicinanza con il giardino botanico che con il clima torrido è una salvezza. I camerieri del ristorante allegri e sorridenti (anche se ogni tanto ci vorrebbe un maitre serio che li coordina)

Cons:

Il bar interno chiuso fino alle 16, che ti costringe ad andare in piscina per bere. Malgrado sia stato messo il cartello su ogni sdraio, in piscina è impossibile trovare posto se arrivi alle 10, tutti gli asciugamani sono già piazzati. Probabilmente la struttura per non discutere con il cliente, sorvola...la struttura inoltre dovrebbe controllare meglio l'area zen, da "invasioni barbariche" di bambini urlanti!
