Felt looked down on by a few staff so disappointed.
Pros:

Its location was great. The swimming pool was a great place to relax in.

Cons:

When we arrived and given the room we entered it to find in not cleaned and dirty. Also the tap in the kitchen was loose and flopping around. When we went down to tell them it took an hour and half to clean and the tap didn’t get mended on our three day stop. Felt we should have been given another room as we had had a long trip and didn’t get to bed until 10pm

The hotel was clean and smoke-free, and since there was no casino, it was easy and convenient to move from the outside entrance through the lobby and to the room.

Cons:

1. This was our 10th wedding anniversary trip. I requested a room with a good view in advance and was told the hotel would do its best. However, the 11th-floor room had a very disappointing view.

2. The next day, I requested a room change, but the front desk staff was extremely unfriendly and simply said there were no rooms available. I was very upset by the way I was treated.

3. We arrived after 11 PM due to traffic from L.A. After midnight, I asked about the $60 daily credit, but the staff was again very unfriendly. This was extremely disappointing.

4. The room was much smaller than expected, with too much furniture, making it very uncomfortable to move around.

Overall, I am very disappointed with this stay, especially for our 10th wedding anniversary.

Pros:

Location was good, more like at the end of the strip. Hotel does not have slot machines, which is what we were looking for a more quite and private experience. Rooms were spacious and clean. They did not have shower caps, tootbrushes or tootpaste, but they do have a market at the lobby with the essentials.
I booked a city view looking the stadium. Overall it was an excellent stay.

Cons:

All was as expected.

Vdara liegt direkt hinter dem ARIA Resort und ist ein Hotel ohne Casino, somit sehr ruhig. Das Zimmer war geräumig, mit tollem Ausblick zur Sphere. Wir hatten eine Kitchenette und konnten somit das Frühstück selber zubereiten und gemütlich sitzen. Ausziehbett fürs Kind war okay, leider nicht vorbereitet und somit mussten wir alles selber organisieren. Housekeeping kam jeden Tag, an der Tür hat es Schalter welche man einstellen kann ob man reinigen lassen will oder nicht. Es war immer sehr sauber. Badezimmer war sehr gross, mit Dusche und freistehender Badewanne.
Der Pool im Vdara ist gross, es hat viele Liegestühle, leider durften wir die Sonnenschirme nicht öffnen wegen mittelmässig starkem Wind, bei 48 Grad war somit ein Besuch am Pool gar nicht machbar. Gemäss Rezeption kann der ARIA Pool auch mitbenutzt werden, ABER da das Vdara zur MGM Gruppe gehört können alle Pools der Gruppe angehörenden Hotels benutzt werden. Wir waren mehrmals im MGM Grand wegen des Lazy Rivers und alles was es dazu braucht ist die Zimmerkarte. Auf Nachfrage resp. Hinweis bei der Rezeption wurde uns nur gesagt, dass das Personal nicht informiert worden sei, vermutlich weil man keine Gäste von ausserhalb haben möchte. Ansonsten hat uns die Woche im Vdara sehr gut gefallen, wir würden wieder dorthin.
Zu Fuss ist man relativ zügig im ARIA, Cosmopolitan und Bellagio, ebenso gibt es das kostenlose Tram um vorwärts zu kommen.

The fountain view was amazing. The staff did an exceptional job getting our room changed to a better view. Location was perfect - center of the strip.

Bom custo benefício próximo da Strip

Localização e vista das fontes do Bellagio

Cons:

Meu quarto tinha um cheiro bem desagradável, e pedimos pra trocar, mas não havia mais a mesma categoria disponível. Enviaram uma pessoa pra usar produto e aparentemente a pia da cozinha estava com problemas . Mas no fim não atrapalhou a estadia.

Bom custo-benefício com tranquilidade a poucos passos da Strip
Pros:

Por não ter cassino na propriedade, é um hotel tranquilo e bem confortável há poucos passos do Bellagio por onde pode acessar a Strip e os demais hotéis.

Cons:

O hotel não possui estacionamento (self-parking) na propriedade. Apenas valet, e portanto você terá que caminhar alguns minutos para acessar o estacionamento do hotel Aria vizinho dele. Considere 10-15 minutos de caminhada até o carro.

1)Avevamo prenotato un camera con vista Strip con tutti gli hotel e luci davanti. Ci è stata data una camera (allo stesso prezzo) con vista periferia e parcheggio dell’hotel accanto.
2)Durante il soggiorno devi stare attento a qualsiasi cosa tocchi o usi, in quanto uno spostamento minimo di un oggetto nel frigo o nel bagno ti costerà un caro addebito istantaneo.

Insomma, il soggiorno vissuto in questo modo ti rende nervoso e angosciato.

Abbiamo avuto la brutta esperienza di un addebito di oltre 200$ per aver spostato delle bottiglie in frigo per far posto alle nostre.
Per farci rendere questi soldi siamo stati 2 volte alla reception senza risolvere a pieno la situazione, dal momento che ancora oggi i conti non tornano.

La prossima volta sicuro cambieremo hotel. Mettendo a confronto anche gli altri, i minimi servizi di questo non bastano per essere scelto.
