I ordered the panoramic suite. From the images it looked like it had a great view, but I got a low floor with a parking lot as a view, i actually opened the windows and saw parking at the same level as I am. When I tried to replace the room they said there is nothing to do, they cannot move me ( for 4 nights!) since the hotel is fully booked. Even though there were rooms that were checked out, I couldn't move in! The stupidest thing I've ever heard, and no one to talk to. I ordered the room mostly because of the view that I saw in the photos they published. It's one thing to put me in a room because there are no other rooms, but to leave me there for 4 nights, it's too much!

Had to move coffee pot in bathroom, no plug. Factory with lights right next door. Terrible service but the bellman

Moderno e ben posizionato.

Cons:

Ho prenotato lasciandomi allettare dalla vista della stanza: sarebbe dovuta essere con vista sulla fontana del Bellagio. In realtà quando l'ho fatto presente alla reception, mi hanno risposto che solo in caso di disponibilità sarebbe stata garantita quel tipo di stanza. Non mi sembra un atteggiamento trasparente.

Muy bien menos el fallo de la habitación con el baño embozado

Nada más llegar a la habitación fuimos a ducharnos y se inundó la ducha no nos pudimos duchar y el grifo del lavamanos del baño también no tragaba agua bajamos para reclamar que arreglaran eso o nos cambiaron de dormitorio y nos dieron un dormitorio inferior con lo cual volvimos a ir a recepción y exigimos que repararan nuestro dormitorio Con la consecuencia de no poder ducharnos ni cambiarnos ese día, ya que no nos quisieron dar un dormitorio igual adecuado o uno superior por lo sucedido.

Pros:

Room and view of the fountains were great. Bath - perfect size.

Cons:

A slow moving queue at reception for check-in meant I didn't go down about other things, or to get cutlery.

Wer zwischendurch gerne mal Sport ist hier falsch.
Pros:

Die Unterkunft ist sehr modern und geräumig.

Cons:

Das Fitnesscenter hat nur von 6 Uhr morgens bis 5 Uhr Abends geöffnet. Ansonsten lebt die Stadt 24h am Tag.
Die Zimmer werden nicht täglich gereinigt.
