Because of Booking.com payment misleading also they gave us to separate room without access each other on elevator we separate with my family I don’t have access to go them because of elevator. This is very sad.
The location is great. Only about 5-7 minutes to the Fountains. Hotel has no casino inside and we like it. Not very crowded in the lobby. The pool and the gym are very good.
The room has a lot of dust - on the refrigerator, on the ventilations, on the sills.
It connected to two other hotels which meant I didn’t have to go outside in the heat to get about
The rooms were not ready - on two occasions.
Battery died on the safe and locked my valuable -‘couldn’t get the out.
Ain’t taps were fixed so they spun around when trying to be used.
The fridge wasn’t turned on and no switch to be found
No cutlery - had to ask for it - even then the knives and forks were plastic
No light switch by the side so I had to get up to switch it off.
Quite a way off the strip -

I loved the location and the customer service
The room was poorly kept. Couch pillows so flat, toilet seat turning yellow, globs of hair in the shower, curtains broken

Location, location, location.
Reservation was not as advertised!!! 2 King beds became a king bed and a pullout. Booking.com.blamed Vdara, Vdara blamed Booking.com, no one did anything to improve my disasterous trip. Both have basically lost my business at this point, which was not insignifant over the years. Rooms are run down and shabby. Staff ranged from rude / attitude, to just don't care but want to sell you something. Hotel dining was weak and disappointing and pretty much discouraged us from doing any there. Pool was so badly maintained, the chairs that weren't in a paid upgrade area were dirty and gross (pic attached.) Nothing was premium any more but everything was an upsell. Even the gum. Was a disappointing nothing that makes my in building gym where I live look impressive and believe me, it's not. Offering to charge us $50 PER ROOM to get the sheets, blanket and pillows we needed for the broken, literally springs were obviously popped off the pull out bed was when I went from disappointing to hatred. Thank you Booking and Vdara for ruining what was supposed to be a fun weekend for me and my friends in Vegas. NEVER AGAIN will I trust you with my plans.
