Great stay with a friendly famil-run staff.
Pros:

Very well staffed hotel. Treated kindly by all the staff there. Easy to walk to the wall and walk around Lucca as well as all parts of the city. Parked outside the wall about 1/2 mile away.

Cons:

Had to haul our luggage a bit to get to where we parked our car.

It was beautiful experience staying in such an ornate hotel, with so much history. The staff were very friendly and helpful and it was very comfortable

Cons:

The only tiny problem was that the electrical plugs are so old it was impossible to use an iron in my bedroom

Pros:

Quiet location but only two minutes’ walk from the centre. Staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. They parked the car in the garage and were most welcoming. They provided breakfast and espressos on the go for us since we had to leave very early and they could not have been more accommodating. Rooms were sizeable and spotlessly clean and we appreciated the air conditioning. We would certainly return again.

Sehr gut geführtes Hotel mit guten Ambiente, Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal.
netter Frühstücksraum mit schöner alter Einrichtung!
Lage am Anfang der Altstadt sehr passend, sofern kein Parkplatz am Hotel ist öffentlicher Parkplatz (24€/Tag) in der Nähe.

Un hotel accueillant et chaleureux
Pros:

L’hôtel est très bien placé dans une rue calme du centre, mais à proximité des rues commerçantes de la ville. Les chambres étaient également propres et confortables. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la gentillesse et la grande attention du personnel, notamment Bénédicto qui était adorable et parlait un français exemplaire.
