Un hotel accueillant et chaleureux
Pros:

L’hôtel est très bien placé dans une rue calme du centre, mais à proximité des rues commerçantes de la ville. Les chambres étaient également propres et confortables. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la gentillesse et la grande attention du personnel, notamment Bénédicto qui était adorable et parlait un français exemplaire.

Soggiorno piacevolissimo
Pros:

Lo staff cordiale e accogliente. La posizione tranquilla a pochi minuti di passeggiata dal centro. Pulizia impeccabile. Mobili di stile affascinante. Ottimo silenzio notturno.

Cons:

La colazione non è a buffet ma su richiesta specifica e questo limita un po' la scioltezza e la libertà che si vorrebbe avere di primo mattino.

Camere squisitamente arredate con gusto in stile retrò, mantenute in modo impeccabile e pulitissime. Personale gentile e disponibile e posizione perfetta per lasciare l'auto in garage e visitare il centro di Lucca a piedi. Consigliato senza indugio.
