La personalul de la recepție s-a simțit o atitudine discriminatorie a clienților în raport cu țara din care provine. Parcare la proprietate se propunea doar clienților băștinași, ceilalți erau direcționați la parcările municipale. În fișa de rezervare, nu era menționată cerință de rezervare prealabilă a parcării la proprietate, fiind indicată "parcare liberă la proprietate"

Très agréable séjour avec un personnel aux petits soins.
Pros:

L'hôtel est idéalement situé à l'intérieur de l'enceinte de la ville historique. Ceci permet de se déplacer à pied facilement. Il faut cependant organiser le parking avec l'hôtel quand on vient en voiture car celui ci est situé à 150m.

Pros:

Warm welcome on arrival and very friendly staff throughout our stay. Great location close to attractions but on a quiet street. Excellent breakfast and great room with a lovely quiet balcony/terrace.
