Excellent
Pros:

Such a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. We had a suite which was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was included and was a perfect to start the day - fresh patisserie, fruit and cereal and eggs. Very generous. With the assistance of staff the parking was easy.

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay in hotel palazzo Alexander. Family run hotel with extremely kind and helpful staff. Lovely room, comfortable bed and sofa and chairs. Good breakfast and convenient location. We will come back here

Nothing to dislike. A bit of a walk from the station but close to everything else

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Der Empfang war ausgesprochen nett und herzlich. Die Unterbringung unserer Fahrräder war unkompliziert und sicher, für uns alles perfekt! Ein besonderes Hotel, sehr zu empfehlen!

Delightful, warm, friendly, clean...perfect!!

We were very, very satisfied at the Hotel Palazzo Alexander we were greeted with the warm smile of Mario, who helped with our suitcases from the taxi, explaining everything in perfect English about the town of Lucca ...with a map. He had our room ready and waiting for us ... very elegant but comfortable, gorgeous wooden beams on the ceiling, and impeccably clean.

Later that evening, we met another wonderful gentleman at the front desk, who greeted us and then was there every morning in the breakfast room. I regret not asking his name...he also treated us like family... sometimes with a joke.. delightful!!The breakfast room again elegant, but comfortable. A cooked breakfast is offered,as well as fresh fruit yogurt, etc....wonderful way to start the day with cappuccino, café, juice etc...

We highly recommend ....
