amazing hotel , I was there with my children and felt safe , the staff was amazing and very responsive to anything we needed , truly a great place to stay the vacation in mazatlan ,,,, very quiet despite being on ocean view ,,, and the reason why I loved it even more is because they are pet friendly and allowed my dog stay with me and it was great .
The only positive aspect of this hotel was the view. Unfortunately, everything else was a disappointment. The room and bathroom were extremely dirty, and the towels were in an unacceptable condition. One night, during a thunderstorm, rain leaked into our room. We called the front desk, and they said they would see if someone could go check the room, but no one ever came. The Wi-Fi was also consistently unreliable throughout our stay. Overall, both the service and quality of this hotel were very poor, and I would not recommend it.
Muy sucias las sábanas y muy deteriorado las toallas y muy chicas habitaciones
very clean!!
I had hoped for better but it wasn't. Won't make this mistake again.
The hotel was okay but on my second day I found a huge roach that I had to kill. I was disgusted.
Excelente todo muy limpio muy cerca de Malecón playas Si lo recomiendo volveremos a regresar
This was probably our best stay in Mazatlan as we travel here a lot for family. I would recommend this place!
Perfecto
Not to clean
The noise from the condensers made it impossible to sit outside on the tiny balconies or sit by the pool. There was two of us but only one chair for the balcony. Very small room. Maid service left us one water everyday. No face clothes. Staff were very good but I would not recommend staying here.
The ocean view was beautiful
Near it all
I like this property very much. I would stay there again. People working in the restaurant they are very professional and they are very nice.
Tienen hielera, pero no hielos
It was nice
I stayed in a room located on the highest floor overlooking the Malecon. The room had 2 beds, 2 separate patio spaces, desk + chair, patio chairs, TV, and Air Conditioning. Rooms were relatively clean apart from some stains on a pillowcase. A huge cockroach was present in the hallway and we found a small one in the bathroom once (but could be caused by the shower ventilation window facing the hallway that we left open). The pool is cleaned each day before it opens and it was a pleasure to use, there are also 2 jacuzzis but we never used them. It should be noted that a tropical storm caused the loss of power throughout the building for numerous hours overnight, impacting hot water availability and issues with elevator functionality. Power was restored very quickly but hot water/ elevator issues persisted. We stayed for 6 days and selected to have breakfast included which turned out to be a lifesaver as there aren’t any breakfast spots nearby. The breakfast costed an additional $15 per day with the options of eggs w/ sausage, eggs w/ veggies, eggs w/ ham, pancakes, or chilaquiles. Breakfast also included toast (w butter/jam), a refreshing juice and unlimited coffee. Staff was incredibly accommodating as we arrived super late (around 11 pm.) and left earlier than reported checkout to catch our flight. I would stay at Coral Island Hotel again due to all of the above factors as well as its location; in between two ends of the Malecon, Coral Island Hotel was close enough to restaurants, the aquarium, and other tourist spots whilst also avoiding scarier parts located more towards Centro Historico.
You can't bring food intro the pool.
