Pros:

L’hôtel bénéficie d’une situation appréciable, à proximité du centre-ville de Nicosie. Le personnel s’est montré dans l’ensemble très aimable et accueillant, à l’exception du dernier soir, au cours duquel nous avons eu la malchance de rencontrer un membre du personnel moins avenant. Le petit-déjeuner est correct et peut être pris sur une petite terrasse agréable, ce qui constitue un atout supplémentaire.

Cons:

J’ai certes bénéficié d’une chambre spacieuse, mais située au premier étage, avec vue sur une cour intérieure peu agréable (notamment en raison de la présence d’un imposant chauffe-eau), et à proximité immédiate d’habitations. Cette configuration a entraîné, le vendredi soir, une nuisance sonore importante liée à une fête particulièrement bruyante qui s’est prolongée jusqu’à 3 heures du matin.

Cons:

I had a very disappointing experience with this hotel. I made the reservation on Saturday at 21:00 because the location appeared as Nicosia city center, and I believed it was in Northern Cyprus. When I realized the hotel was actually on the Greek Cypriot side, I immediately called the hotel at 00:00 to cancel the reservation.
The hotel told me that the cancellation had to be done by Booking. I then contacted Booking, but they said the hotel must approve the cancellation. I was left stuck between both sides, with each side blaming the other.
I also asked to cancel Sunday’s stay, but they refused that as well. In the end, they kept the full amount of 154 euros even though I never stayed at the hotel.
Very poor customer support and no willingness to help a customer in a genuine situation. I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.

Cons:

Beheizte Flure, beim Lüften gab es nur Abgase von einer fettigen Küche, man konnte sich während dem Duschen die Haut verbrühen, die Babymatratze musste ich mir nach Anfrage am Empfang, selbst organisieren, die angestellte Dame schmeißt den Laden so ziemlich allein, die Serviceliebe für Gäste ist dem Besitzer wohl abhanden gekommen
