Heel leuk en aangenaam. Zou er zo weer heen gaan.
Pros:

De behulpzaamheid van het personeel. Er wordt altijd een oplossing gezocht en ze staan met meerderen tegelijk voor je klaar.

Cons:

Het systeem met de WiFi is een beetje onhandig. Je moet per device per kamer een ticket bij de receptie halen. Maar dat is zeker niet onoverkomelijk. Als je hier om een WiFi password vraagt, moet je dus PER device een code krijgen.

Comfortable Palace
Pros:

Cooperative staff, warm welcome reasonably sized rooms. Location was very central and close to restarunts, hill road shopping and plenty of famous churches.
Overall we enjoyed the stay.

Cons:

The shower head sprays water everywhere, wetting the complete area. Even the toilet roll gets soaked (suggest a change). A waterpuller could help.

Very convenient location!
Pros:

Excellent location! Very convenient to everything. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Cons:

There was no exhaust fan for the bathroom. The bathroom stayed damp as you had to take the keys which were also a power to the room. Did not want to open the windows due to mosquitoes. Lot of mosquitoes in the corridors and lifts too.

Cons:

A little upgrade would help. The tap in the bathroom was not shutting easily. The sheets need a good laundering.

Accessibility is the only thing going for this lodge. Front desk were helpful with a quick check-in.

i did not like that they have mentioned they have a multi-cuisine restaurant when they do not have one.
