Friendly. Very much appreciated the person at the counter at arrival as we were in an emergency situation due to cancellation by the previous hotel. Despite the fact that we were really tired and had a bad mood because of the situation, he remained calm, friendly and helpful. Big shout out to him ( sorry Sir, I forgot your name)

The location is excellent is very close to the main shopping areas of both Hill Road and Linking Road at Bandra, Mumbai. The staff are very helpful.
There is no breakfast in the hotel and even outside it is difficult to find a place that opens before 11:30 am
Everything is perfect as I was surprised that the room had a fan as well 😁. The weather outside was very humid and I bathed almost four times 😂. Oh and the location is perfect as well
The Aircon was not too cold but the fan saved the day 😂
The Suite we booked was very spacious, pretty clean, comfortable and location was very convenient.
The Staff was also very friendly.
There were just TOO MANY Mosquitoes, and this was simply not acceptable, and honestly, spoilt the entire experience of the room. We were provided with some additional sticks to use for mosquitoes, but the problem was more of the mosquitoes being outside the room, which would then enter the room on opening the door.
Also, there was a Velvety cover on the bed, which was actually covered in dust, so we removed it off. We then just kept it aside.

Het systeem met de WiFi is een beetje onhandig. Je moet per device per kamer een ticket bij de receptie halen. Maar dat is zeker niet onoverkomelijk. Als je hier om een WiFi password vraagt, moet je dus PER device een code krijgen.
Overall has anice stay, would like to stay next time again.
Mosquitoes
Cooperative staff, warm welcome reasonably sized rooms. Location was very central and close to restarunts, hill road shopping and plenty of famous churches.
Overall we enjoyed the stay.
The shower head sprays water everywhere, wetting the complete area. Even the toilet roll gets soaked (suggest a change). A waterpuller could help.
