The room I had was big clean and had a/c. The restaurant in the hotel was good. The reception staff very friendly and helpful and got me a good deal on a taxi to the airport in the morning. Although not beside its close to the airport so it's handy. I would stay there again
I can't really say anything bad. I wanted someplace close to the airport that was clean and value for money. The hotel is not new or anything and I'm sure it was fab in it's day. But it's grand. Can't comment really on it's location as I didn't venture outside but it's quite close to the airport
Location. Decent room, 24 hours hot water
The receptionists ask you for hard cash while checking in. Disgusting people. They tell you to withdraw money from the ATM and pay them!

Property had basic facilities.. definitely not worth the money because it serves only basic services.
The staff behaviour was very poor and the receptionist (lady) was very arrogant. No early check -in and check-out. They charge extra for late/early check in check out. Not customer friendly.
