El personal fue muy amable, la piscina estaba muy bien y tranquila y el hotel en general es muy bonito.
Very friendly athmophere. The reception personnell mostly extremely nice. So were also the cleaning and breakfast personnel. The ladies at the reception at our arrival were wonderful, and they gave us breakfast as a present from the house, which was really nice. The breakfast was good for our taste, and we liked the fruits, sunny side up eggs and good coffee from the coffeemachine. The bed was good and the room with pool access wonderful.
Only minus was the yellowish insolation excess in
the balkony close to the stairs to the pool. Would be good to clean it away. Ao Nang beach is a very touristic place, which is good to know.

It could do with some modernisation and updating. Very tired in places.

The hotel's location is good, you have almost both beaches, the landmark area but also the area of restaurants and bars. The hotel is beautiful, clean, friendly staff who can help you with information. The internet is strong.

Pricey, dirty bedding, Hairs found in the room, dated rooms that had frequent smell of sewage from sink and shower, metal Sun beds get hot in the sun and burn you.
Generally could use some maintenance/decorating.
