床鋪很髒，有發現鼻屎跟螞蟻，全身整個大過敏，別館什麼設施，洗衣機，飲水機都要走到本館，很不方便。

Pros:

この度誕生日旅行で4歳、2歳つれて宿泊。
台風で延泊になったが、スタッフさんはみんな笑顔で
夜はカレーをだしてくれたり、心配は吹き飛び、なんなら
ゆっくりできたホテルでした。遊び場大活躍でした。

Cons:

資料被外洩，有收到詐騙的訊息要我刷卡確認訂房。
一進去房間霉味很重，味道散不掉，整晚不舒服，主要設施別館都沒有，如果要訂房最好確認訂的是別館還是本館。

Very convenient to Churaumi aquarium.
Pros:

Nice sized room, comfortable beds, great location next to Churaumi Aquarium and park. Free drinks/popcorn was nice.

Cons:

A couple of the front desk staff were not very friendly. Breakfast was a limited "take-out" only because of some school group that was using the restaurant facilities.
