Cons:

Honest review of this hotel where we stayed for 4 nights and paid 670€ with breakfast.
This is the worst hotel I have ever been to. Some of the staff are nice.
For a range of 150€ + per night you’d expect some relative comfort, service, food quality, and overall facilities to be at a standard of a three/four star hotel. This isn’t the case for Royal View Hotel Churaumi.
1. The hotel: It feels like the hotel wasn’t renovated since it was built in 450 BC. I’m not even kidding. The structure of the hotel dates for at least 40 years and they didn’t even bother to repaint it in white. The carpet in the common areas heading to the rooms are absolute disaster, with massive stains dating from the ice age. The smell coming off these carpet or perhaps the general smell in the hall way going to the rooms isn’t pleasant at all. I have seen hostels better maintain common areas.
2. The room: the room we stayed in (310) is spacious, however, everything in the room was and I am sure still is malfunctioning. Starting with the AC, it was impossible to sleep since the AC made noise while operating, noise of course, because the AC is cream color/yellow which means it has at least 30 years. They don’t make these models anymore and of course they didn’t bother to change them. Without the AC, it was boiling hot so imagine trying to sleep with the AC making noise, it wasn’t the most relaxing experience for us that’s for sure. Even got into an argument with my wife because she couldn’t sleep with the noise and I can’t sleep because it’s hot. So I had to sacrifice myself. The toilet in the room, standard Toto style toilets, however, again dates from the 80’s, when flushed it makes the most horrible sound, that would wake up the dead. I’m not even exaggerating.

Pros:

プールへのアクセス最高。
美ら海水族館へのアクセスも最高。

Cons:

エレベーターがあれば💯百点満点。子供連れなので荷物が沢山。行きは手伝ってもらえて良かったけど帰りにチェックアウトの時の荷物は男手が無いとたいへんでした。

子ども大喜び！
Pros:

オールインクルーシブなのでラウンジでドリンクやスナックを楽しめたり、プールやゲームセンター、キッズコーナーなど、ホテル内で楽しめるのが良かったです。

Cons:

1階のお部屋だったこともあり、部屋に虫が出たところ。

We spent three nights exploring the neighborhood and islands nearby. We like its convenience.
Pros:

It’s a walking distance to enter Churaumi Aquarium, the hotel is next to it!! Perfect location!!

Cons:

None. Only one thing to be mentioned is that the bed is a bit soft.
