Pros:

卓球施設を利用しましまが室内が熱中症になる程暑くてびっくりしました。冷房を勝手に付けさせていただきましたが遊んでいる間は全く冷えず…汗だくになる始末。そこは残念でした。

美ら海水族館にとても近かったし景色もキレイでした。
部屋がフロントから遠かったのと、エレベーターがないので大きいスーツケースを運ぶのが大変でした。
朝ごはんビュッフェは沖縄のものも多く、美味しかったですが6時や6時半からだとありがたいです。

Hotel ok, muito bem localizado, perto do aquário e da melhor praia da ilha, porém funcionários c má vontade, café da manhã horrível, só pensam nos asiáticos! Quarto ok, fiquei na parte dos quartos velhos, talvez vale se for nos quartos novos

Pros:

We had a room in the Annex for 6pax. Nice and clean room. Helpful and nice staff. Good breakfast. No problem with visible tattoes in the hotel, in the pool or at Emerald Beach. Would stay here again.

思っていたよりも古さが少し気になりました。飲食店が周辺にあまりなく、あっても単価が少し高く感じ、滞在中の食費がけっこうかかりました。
しかし、お部屋の広さや設備はとても快適で子供達と4人で5泊するには完璧でした！スタッフの方々もとても親切です！！また来年も泊まりに来たいと思いました。

While the decor and design felt quite dated, the hotel's maintenance was excellent, indicating a strong commitment to upkeep. We were pleasantly surprised by the staff's genuine efforts to communicate in English. Furthermore, since the buffet breakfast wasn't available during our stay, we were delighted by the traditional Japanese breakfast set, complemented by a semi-buffet style offering. The hotel is also walking distance to the Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium 沖縄美ら海水族館 and short driving distance to Lawson, Starbucks and variety of food establishments.

Second stay after two years
Pros:

I came back to this hotel again, my last stay was two years ago, still a great place and highly recommend, especially if you're visiting the Ocean Expo Park, just a short walk next door!

美ら海水族館、エメラルドビーチ、ふくぎ並木に近く大変便利です。窓からの景色が美しかったです。また、朝の食事も大変美味しく、沖縄料理が他のホテルとは少し違うもので嬉しかったです。プーさんの自動パンケーキ機があったり、プレイルームがあったり、子ども連れにもいい感じです。エアコンの音が少しうるさかったのだけ残念でした。

I chose this hotel to be on the beach in northern Okinawa. The hotel is very dated. There is no coffee offered in the rooms or for guests in the lobby. Breakfast is ¥2200, the most I've seen in a hotel while visiting Japan. I did not get the breakfast, so I can't say how it was. The hotel is pretty remote which is to be expected but very close to the beach. There is not much dining close by so I would recommend a car or utilizing public transport

별관에서 숙박했습니다 수족관 도보컷이라 오픈런에 문닫기전까지 방문하고 너무 좋았어요 본관보다 별관이 훨씬 넓고 호텔보다 리조트 느낌의 시설이라 좋았습니다 방에 세탁기가 잇어서 편했어요 다만 전력이 110볼트라 그런지 건조에서 한국보다 많이 느리더라구요. 그거빼고는 가성비 최고입니다

這次住別館地面層，不用搬行李就到房間，陽台望出去就是停車場。因為是海邊親近大自然，要有心理準備會遇上小昆虫，房間乾淨整潔～
