非常愉快滿意的一次住宿體驗
Pros:

1.服務一流，是此次旅行投宿的三家飯店中唯一對於特殊要求（母親年邁，希望所訂三間房間相隔不要太遠，便於照顧）給予肯定回覆的一家，讓人倍感安心。
2.飯店大廳乾淨且有淡淡宜人香氣，辦理入住時櫃檯人員衣著正式，笑容可掬，確實讓人感到賓至如歸。預先寄放的行李在晚點回來check in 時已經送到房間。
3.洗衣烘衣機足夠，且提供衣架及衣夾可借，非常貼心站在旅客立場著想。
4.岡山車站、書局、商場、百貨均散步可達。購物方便。
5.客房乾淨整潔，提供必要備品，其餘一樓可自取，兼具方便與環保。轉角房型有張大茶几，足夠四五個人同坐吃點心，媽媽很開心。同樣房型浴室旁有更衣空間，有椅子可坐，對老人家友善方便。
6.一樓直結藥妝店，需要什麼隨時下樓買就好，非常方便。
7.價格不高，所提供的硬體軟體品質均遠遠超越期待。

Great hotel
Pros:

Good sized room in convenient location. Very friendly staff and nice breakfast. Hotel lends out bicycles and we had lovely trip out of Okayama into the valley following the Kibiji cycle path. Visit to historical area of Kurashiki also recommended.

予想以上。朝ごはんおいしかった
Pros:

価格から予想していたよりもレセプションの高級感があった。三人で泊まったが狭さは感じなかったし、エクストラベッドで寝たがとてもよく寝られた。繁華街近くなので、近隣の屋台村で飲んで帰りとても楽しめた。朝食も通常のホテルよりも、種類が豊富だったり、健康志向であったり、高級感があったりと、「ホテルの最低限の朝食」にうんざりしてしまっている私からする予想外に美味しく、嬉しかった。

Cons:

強いて言えば、複数人で泊まる時は、風呂が面倒なので、大浴場があればな、あるいは銭湯が近くにあればな、と思ったが、これは仕方がない。あとは、これはそこのホテルのおいても思うことだが、トイレの消臭剤があると嬉しい。

Very family friendly stay with a one year old baby
Pros:

I loved the location, it was 5-8 min walk from the train station. We had a crib for our baby which was charged very cheap but quality was good and the hotel even lent us some wooden toys for the baby for free.
At the second night amenities could be taken from the reception and quality for the face wash and face cream was great.

Breakfast was great, lots of fresh ingredients. Everything was delicious, specially the Japanese style marinated vegetables.
A baby seat and cutlery were provided as well and the staff was gracious enough when our baby was yelling at the restaurant!

Lastly it’s my sixth time to Japan and I really appreciate the hotel had a multi language info
site that was very complete and explained everything the hotel provided including the toy lending which I would usually would have missed if it wasn’t because of that site.

Thank you for a great stay for our family.

Cons:

Windows might not be sound proof enough as on the upper floor we because very late at night and with a sleeping baby we could still hear an ambulance as if it was inside our room.
