後楽ホテルを拠点に岡山を堪能しよう

ビジネスホテルよりは良いとは思えました。

Cons:

部屋からの景色に特筆できるものはなかった
ユニットバスだから仕方ないけど、トイレに座っていて、何度も腕が洗面台に当たるのが気になった。外国の方ならもっと窮屈に感じるだろうと思いました。

Hôtel top au niveau confort et situation
Pros:

Rapport qualité / prix excellent : très grande chambre (+20m2), très bien équipée, isolation phonique top, literie impeccable (lits immenses). A 5 minutes à pieds de la gare et une quinzaine du château et parc. Beaucoup de restaurants aux alentours.

Loved Okayama and this hotel was one of the reasons why!
Pros:

Exceptional location as this hotel is a street away from the main boulevard that runs from the JR station to the Korakuen Garden and Castle. This same boulevard is also where the beloved tram runs that accepts the IC card. It's also close to the JR station and sits on the boundary of an area filled with a lot of great eateries, izakaya's, pizzerias, okonomiyaki and ramen restaurants, Then in the opposite direction it's close to Korakuen Gardens and Castle and museums. Love the location.
Rooms are clean and the breakfast is exceptional. We looked forward to morning buffet although we opted to not have the breakfast included in our daily rate as we paid just under $20 daily per person if we wanted to have the breakfast buffet so we could try places around the hotel. Just keep in mind that many morning breakfast places open up for business at 10 am....unless you head to the JR station, which is only a 15 minute brisk walk away.
