Pros:

Zeer goed gelegen. Rustig maar toch op wandelafstand van vele historische monumenten en plaatsen. Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam hotelpersoneel. De rooftop bar en restaurant waar ook het ontbijtbuffet wordt gegeven is een echte aanrader. De kamers zijn modern en spacieus. Niets op aan te merken. De airco werkte perfect wat noodzakelijk is in die periode.

Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel pour le service de la réception déficient.
Pros:

Bon petit déjeuner sauf les jus qui ne goûtaient que l eau et le sucre

Cons:

Service à la réception ou les employés ne font rien pour aider. Comme par exemple les chambres sont disponibles à 15 heures sauf que nous avons eu nos bagages plus tard (soit à 16 heures) alors que nous avions demandé de les avoir rapidement. Les employés de la réception ne vous regardent pas et ne vous adressent que rarement des salutations. Je leurs ai d’ailleurs mentionné que le service à la clientèle valait zéro. Il faut dire que cet hôtel n était qu’un point d’arrêt et que nous venions de passer 9 jours à Palerme dans un hôtel avec le même nombre d étoile, mais avec un service impeccable.

Pros:

La.habitacion estaba muy bien, comoda y el desayuno muy bueno

Cons:

Nada en especial. La ubicacion no es totalmente en el centro de Roma, pero no esta super lejos. Asi que bien.

Excelente ubicacion, muy bueno el desayuno. Personal muy cordial
Pros:

Si uno se aloja cerca de la Fontana di Trevi, el Panteon, Piazza Spagna o cualquier lugar historico, Roma es caotica. Si se quiere salir de ese caos, la ubicacion del Twenty One es IDEAL

Cons:

Tuve la mala fortuna que la estacion de Metro mas cerca del hotel estaba cerrada por obras, pero ahora en Setiembre ya la habilitan
