Pros:

O hotel oferece um bom custo benefício com bom serviço e excelente limpeza. A Nível,cque servia o café da manhã é uma graça, gentil e prestativa.

Cons:

As fotos enganam. Mostra uma piscina no rooftop e quando chegamos só tem uma jacuzzi que estava suja e vazia. Uma das atendentes da recepção é muito antipática, grosseira como a maioria dos veronenses.

Es war sehr sauber und unser Hund war kostenlos, vielen Dann.

Cons:

Der Garagenparkplatz war sehr eng. Zudem musste man bei jeder Einfahrt zuerst aussteigen, sich an der Rezeption melden, anschliessend wieder ins Auto steigen und parkieren. Das war leider ziemlich umständlich.

Gran Hotel en Verona
Pros:

Personal muy Atento y Amable , excelente Instalaciones y buena Variedad en Desayuno. Bastante cerca del Casco de la Ciudad.

O que mais gostei foi o atendimento realizado no hotel em Verona**, pois foi uma experiência muito especial, que me permitiu vivenciar na prática os conhecimentos adquiridos e tornou esse momento ainda mais significativo para minha formação.

Cons:

Minha única dificuldade foi conseguir contato direto com o hotel, pois achei o site um pouco confuso e não consegui realizar a reserva por ele. Por esse motivo, precisei utilizar o Booking, que não facilitou as condições de pagamento, e acabamos pagando um valor bem mais alto. Como minha viagem a Verona foi exclusivamente para estudos, essa diferença no custo teve um impacto significativo.
