Pros:

Check in was easy, front desk is very nice and love the location. Was on a high floor so not a lot of noise from the street. Was a little disappointed that there is no safe in the room. They offered to bring one up, but kind of defeated the purpose since someone could just pick up and walk out of the room with it. Also, the smoke detector was just hanging on some strings. Not sure how safe that was.

My experience was overall excellent. Everything was walkable distance Brooklyn Bridge, 9/11 museum, train stations. Good places to eat, walkable distance.

Seriously, you need to rethink the floor in your bathtub/shower area ....... very slippery and scary. Other than that, adequate for the price.

Great location!
Pros:

Hotel was located in a great spot for local travel as well as restaurants and bars. If we would have any complaint it would be that the pillows were flat, aside from that we had a great experience

I was unable to sleep the first two nights because there was a construction on the street working at midnight, then I requested a change of room but next to the new room was a technician working to fix the room lock late at night.

Good hotel
Pros:

Good experience. Decent sized and clean rooms with good breakfast. For vegetarians like me, waffles and fruits (other than banana) would have been good choices, but they were missing.
