Pros:

Localização e tamanho do quarto.

Cons:

Devido ao forte odor nos quartos, solicitamos a troca três vezes. Inclusive, a recepcionista demonstrou irritação diante da nossa insistência.

We enjoyed our stay very much and appreciate the friendliness of the staff.
Pros:

It was clean and a nice size. The location was great. It was nice and quiet.

Cons:

There was no “slip proof” protection in the bathtub to prevent a fall. The bed was very firm.

清潔、新しい、広い、明るい、静か、中心地に近い

Cons:

特に無いが、部屋のごみの片付けをフロントに依頼して朝から出かけて夜戻っても処理されていない日が有った。　戻った際にフロントに同じ人が居て向こうから「ゴミ終わってるよ！」と言われたので、調子が良いだけか？と逆に面白かった。
