We had been on the road for about a week and desperately needed to wash clothes but when we arrived the customer washing machines were unavailable. We booked that location specifically so we could wash clothes. I asked if there was another washing machine available on site -- perhaps a commercial machine used to wash linens -- that someone could assist me with since all the laundromats in the city were closed. I was told the only washing machines they have on site were the machines for customer use and told I could drop my clothes off to be laundered in the morning...but I was only staying in Pecos for one night, so that wouldn't work. I find it hard to believe there is not a single washing machine that the staff uses to wash all of the sheets in the hotel. The staff member was friendly and I certainly understand that equipment malfunctions sometimes and that is out of the hands of hotel staff, but I feel like there was another option that could have been used to help us with the situation other than just saying "sorry for the inconvenience."

I liked the breakfast, the convenient location and the friendly staff.
The water pressure in the shower was so low that I could not rinse the shampoo and conditioner out of my hair. I like a firm mattress, but the mattress in the hotel room was too firm for me.

The bathroom was very spacious, and the room itself was nice & cool, very spacious and comfortable, the breakfast was good and good parking spaces. Very friendly staff.
The sheets gave me itching issues, maybe too much bleach or maybe due to the extremely high winds with blowing dirt might have something to do with the itching issues. The shower took a bit of a while to warm up and I wish that all hotel/motels had better lighting in the bathrooms. The tv was small but I didn't come to watch tv, but for the price of the room I don't mind small TVs. I had a very peaceful sleep. I asked for a paper copy of my receipt but for some reason the copier was not connected to the laptop being used to check us in...hmmm.

location was great, water was provided. Keurig coffee maker in room was nice. Next door to Starbucks was a bonus.
