The visit from the turtles, the cockatoos around 5 pm and visit from the hammerhead shark made our trip to Airlie Beach.
Pros:

We stayed in penthouse no42, as soon as we walked in it was like walking into a dream, the big windows and the views and blue water. How the other half live with a fob to open the gate and the garage door , I thought I was living like James Bond haha.

Cons:

There was stains on the mugs. Didn’t see a hover, because I have dark hair I could see my hairs here and there on the light floors, but I didn’t ask either, who wants to hover on holiday haha.

Paul & Fran were the perfect hosts. Our family stay was lovely & comfortable. Plenty of room for us all. The views were exceptional. Thankyou!

Cons:

The lightswitch for the bathroom upstairs was faulty. Needed jiggling to get it to stay on.

I have stayed a few times and will continue to come back.
Pros:

Nice view overlooking the marina. Large balcony. Nice bathrooms. Nice bedrooms. Great shower pressure. Great wifi. I had an additional lounge room which was nice to have the kids separate.

Cons:

The oven in the apartment was noisy. I didn’t use it so even when not in use, you could hear it over the TV.
