Lovely. Room. And located on beautiful farm land ; beach accessible from long steep road. Pretty llamas at property.

Cons:

No service. No.staff around. Receptionist never at desk. No cleaning if you stay multiple nights

The perfect blend of nature, comfort, and quiet.
Pros:

This was probably one of our favorite places we’ve ever stayed at. From the moment we arrived, the property felt calm, thoughtful, and intentional. The grounds are beautiful and peaceful, with space to wander. The location is perfect—close enough to Mendocino and Fort Bragg to explore, but far enough away that it feels tucked into its own little world. We did some nearby trails and beach walks, then came back and actually rested, which says a lot. Highly recommend staying here!

Pros:

This was our second stay here for Christmas and what a relaxing way to spend the holidays! Communication was terrific from the time we booked. Someone called us to discuss where on the property we wanted to stay so our four rooms would be close together. Then someone called to help us schedule on-site massages on Christmas Eve and Christmas day. I had one of the best massages of my life there. The front desk also had a list of restaurants that were open during the holidays and helped us decide to eat at their sister property since the restaurant at the Inn and Farm was closed. Dinner was very good. The warm cookies in the lobby when we arrived and the warm breakfast that is delivered to the room every day awere very nice touches. I would happily return for a third stay.

We paid top dollar and didn't get the quality stay you would expect for the price.
Pros:

Location to Mendocino and trails was great.

Cons:

There was mold on the interior of the door leading out to the deck and windows. Poor ventilation in bathroom and floors and surfaces getting wet from the steam. For the price, breakfast was meager.
