This BW catered to cyclist and tourist rentals. No problem parking a Jeep rental overnight. Jorge and Diego managed brea
Pros:

The location was close to the National Parks. It was easy to leave the car parked at the hotel and walk around downtown Moab. A low traffic side street next to a he hotel gave access to Main St. with a traffic light to make left turns easier. The breakfast areas’ patio was open during the day to relax and enjoy a quiet lunch or supper. Large laundry room in the basement.

Pros:

The room was large and clean. Breakfast was adequate. Eliseo was amazing.

Cons:

The staff in reception was rude and very unhelpful. Wifi was very mediocre.
I was charged by 4 adults while we were only two. I asked for a refund and they told me in a rude way to contact Booking. I contacted Booking and they told me it should be handled with the hotel directly and when I asked again the hotel they told me to go to Booking again.

Great hotel, grumpy front desk staff
Pros:

3 x vegetarians / 1 x vegan. Family of 4 with extended family for reunion.
I would have given this hotel 5 stars if I could get even one smile from the 4 front desk staff I interacted with. None of them seemed interested or overly helpful.
Hotel is well located, 1.5 miles to park entrance. Easy check in and check out.
Rooms are well sized, but a little dated.
Breakfast buffet was substantial, with enough vegetarian and vegan options.
Well stocked gym, heated pool and jacuzzi.
