Wouldn't stay there again

Cons:

Very low carpark. Very poor help from reception. Car was able to enter carpark but then got stuck once inside damaging roof. Reception just said I would have to park in the street ! No offer of local knowledge on other options (secure parking for instance )

Fine for a budget stay but we wouldn't return
Pros:

Extremely spacious apartment with two bathrooms and big bedrooms, nice pools and great location only a few minutes walk from surfers paradise beach. Was handy to have a laundry included and a balcony also.

Cons:

It wasn't as clean as we would have hoped and there were no dishcloths provided. The dishwasher smelt bad like it hadn't been cleaned in a while.
The staff refused to give us more toilet paper on our last day and said we had to provide our own consumables as the apartments were 'self-sufficient' even though it didn't specify that on our booking anywhere.

Was very close to the main strip of surfers. The apartment was very roomy for the four of us and had a excellent view of rhe city.

Nice central resort with everything you need.
Pros:

Really central pocation. Close to everything. Jacuzzi/spa was nice & hot , unlike many grand resorts. 2 nice pools. Friendly staff. Gardens well kept.
