I would not recommend this hotel. It has minimal furnishings. No typical room amenities. Cold breakfast food. Cold coffee in lobby. Torn curtains in room.
Needs renovation
The clerk was wonderful, the first room we were in the tv and dish were unplugged from the wall and no remote for the tv. I called the front desk and the clerk came with a remote that didn’t work and asked if we needed the tv. We said yes, and was moved to the room next door.
Both rooms still had garbage in the garbage cans in the room and the bathroom.
The bed was wonderful I haven’t slept that well in a long time.
Need to work on cleaning rooms better and maintenance of all rooms
NOT SATISFIED AT ALL!! Elevator didn't work, Room smelt like cigarette smoke, Tub dirty, Bathroom sink is shattered, Electrical tape holding on plug, Bed sheets stained. After viewing the room, I went back downstairs and asked for a refund and told them I wanted to check out. I have asthma and had already lost my voice from being in the smoking room. Staff told me they could not refund my room. I have pictures of everything stated about the room. Location Livingston, Texas
It was a bit hard to find but once there I was treated well at check in. My room was clean and in good repair. It's always nice to have a fridge and coffee in the room. The provided breakfast was quite nice. I wish they had a larger selection of fresh fruit.
I was very disappointed with my recent stay at this LaQuinta location. The bed was extremely firm and uncomfortable, and the room itself looked worn and poorly maintained. The bathroom needed fresh paint, and there were serious sanitation issues—what appeared to be feces was smeared near the toilet and beside the garbage can.
As someone who has traveled for many years and has always known LaQuinta to be reliable and clean, this experience was shocking and far below the standard I’ve come to expect. I hope management addresses these concerns immediately for the safety and comfort of future guests.
Had a great stay but not as nice as I expected the place to be but it was decent
No ice machine on 2nd floor where our room was on
No hot water and roaches was infested in room.
This may have been an excellent hotel, but now it has maintenance deficiencies. The carpets smell bad, the bathtub is stained and dirty. The sink faucet is too small for the sink, making it difficult to wash your hands, and it's broken. The sink looks like it was broken and glued back together. The front desk service is very good. The air conditioning in the room works very well.
The room was nice. The bathroom floor and the floor of the bath tub was a little dirty. The rest of the room seemed clean. The AC unit was noisy everytime it turned on
Room smelled moldy as soon as we walked in. Breakfast was not well stocked. We had to ask the attendant to make coffee and put out more food. She didnt want to be bothered with us.
It was the filthiest hotel we ever stayed in. Walked in to check in and no one at the front desk had to call out several times before someone came and when they did she was having to move someone to another room and excused herself instead of taking care of me and getting someone else to move the other. When checking out had to do the same thing no one at front desk. Ice machine was horrible just all around horrible. Will NEVER stay at another La Quinta again
Fell in shower that was VERY slippery… spent all night in hospital, ending up having a broke rib & 3 dislodged ribs. My 3 year old fell & busted his head in hallway where ice cooler was leaking all over floor, & I guess they used all towels in hotel to pack around it considering the rooms had none, nor did they have soap. Another lady staying in hotel had to get ambulance assistance after falling in her room as well. The hotel looks NOTHING like online, & the owners & staff should really be ashamed with how nothing was handled professionally or even had a care of the actual pain caused to its customers. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND STAYING HERE.
Poor yard work. Grass has not been cut in a long time. Hallways smelled bad. Carpets very dirty. Back door security lock broken. Elevator broken floor and missing panel parts.
I reserved and paid for my room on hotels.com, but, on arrival, was asked for my phone number, ID, email address, and payment information. She “found” my reservation after I told her I had already paid. Space needs some deep cleaning evident in dusty corners and stained doors. Needs attention to details: the hand sanitizer in lobby not functioning and the landscape needs trimming. The bath towels were on a suitcase rack in the bathroom. No shelving or space to place the clean towels. There were 2 hooks for the three of us to hang our hand towels and bath towels. Right outside our window was a trash can.
Bed was comfortable. Hot water was near instant. Good a/c. Good WiFi. Fair, basic breakfast.
Shower head was not working. Water went everywhere. Mold in the shower. The sink was too high and the mirror. I am 5'4''. Pool was not picked up with trash everywhere and broken chairs. Pillows were flat and the bed hard. The breakfast was fine but the auto toaster was burning pieces of fallen bread. Advertised a hot tub but there was not one. The view was of a power grid. The windows on the pool side had algae growing. The staff was friendly.
Out of shampoo and soap. No towels refreshed shower was leaking rust in tub. Water all over the floor.
No hot water, no working phone in rooms, trash from previous people in the room was still in the rooms, the tv didn’t work. We had to move rooms because of no hot water then the second and only room they said they had available the tv didnt work and the phones didnt work in either room. It was advertised as having a hot tub but it was cemented in. The yard/landscape was very grown over and the back door going into the building didnt lock. The lady at the front desk said just pull on it hard and it will open. Because we booked with Expedia we couldn’t get our money back and the hotel wouldn’t help us except give us a different room but our first room had two beds and the only other room had one. It was not a good stay at all and I will not recommend anyone stay at this place!
Easy and comfortable!
Clean and everyone was nice.
