Pros:

Wir waren mit Abstand von 5 Tagen zwei Mal für je 1 Nacht dort. Beide Male hat alles gepasst. Es liegt nahe am Bahnhof und fußläufig zum Ausgehviertel Dotonbori. Gepäckverwahrung vor dem check-in war kein Problem. Ein sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet mit Aussicht auf Osaka.

Ich hatte ein Zimmer im 31. Stockwerk mit einer großartigen Aussicht über die Stadt bis zum Hafen.

Cons:

Es gab in diesem Monterey Hotel kein Onsen, aber das hatte ich selbst beim buchen übersehen.

Pros:

Good location for exploring the busy Dotonbori area with so many restaurants and street food. If arriving by metro use exit 30 at Namba metro station, there is an escalator up to the front of the hotel.
When leaving we wheeled our bags to the Namba mainline station for the airport express train which was about 10 minute walk.

Cons:

Room was smaller than we hoped. The bed pushed up against the wall.
Check in at 4pm was very busy and took a while, They could encourage people to submit details online before arriving which would have speeded things up a bit.
