We were stuck in Okinawa due to the typhoon and requested to move the night by one night. Property advised It was up to Booking.com, couldn’t submit request to booking.com

Excellent location, comfortable rooms, amazing city views
Pros:

We stayed here for one night right before leaving Japan. It was a big, beautiful hotel in an amazing location, especially since we were arriving by train. And we were able to take the affordable airport bus the next day from the bus terminal right next door. There is a supermarket and other shops in the basement of the building, making it easy to pick up food, drinks, and snacks. The rooms were nice and the beds very comfortable. We stayed in the "city view" rooms on the 31st floor, which was fun to see the city from our windows! Great view. We were able to walk and take the subway to many places we wanted to visit and the check-in and check-out were easy, with helpful and friendly staff.

Cons:

My only complaint is that there was no complimentary coffee station in the lobby. They provided tea and coffee pods in the rooms, but I drink coffee with cream and sugar so I couldn't use that. I had to venture all the way to the basement of the building to find coffee somewhere else. Would have been really nice to be able to grab a cup in the lobby and go back to the room to chill.

There were one or two staff who really tried. The rest were just not up to par

Cons:

This was absolutely not a four-star hotel. I had repeated problems with staff and service and access to the restaurant and it just kept getting sillier and sillier.

Pros:

The hotel is beautiful and very well located. Breakfast is extremely varied, and you will enjoy a stunning view on Osaka. The rooms are large by Japanese standards. Staffs are very kind and do their best to help.

Cons:

There is no bar in the hotel and services are quite limited. We asked to change pillows and choice was extremely limited, only 2 types including one that is very thin.

Tv displays no channel, at breakfast you have to prepare the table on your own and there are few machines for so many people. For instance, there is only one bread toaster for all and one single coffee machine. Bedlinen was very warm for summertime, ending up in difficult sleeping (but we were under jetlag, to be fair)

Am petrecut un sejur minunat in Osaka iar cazarea la acest hotel a fost excelenta, micul dejun variat si bun, ospitalitatea angajatilor este foarte buna, camera si baia curate, vederea de sus asupra orasului este superba. Locatia este excelenta, aproape de metrou si de Dotonbori.

Pros:

The motel is literally on top of the train station. This was super convenient.

It's beautiful inside and the views of Osaka from the high floors were stunning both day and night.

The room was very clean.

Cons:

The bathroom was a western style, which I came to seriously dislike after experiencing the Japanese style and layout.

There were no laundry facilities for guests to use. The motel itself would launder the clothes, but they chartered per piece. I had to take our dirty clothes to a coin laundry facility that was roughly a 10 minute walk away. This took time away from exploring the city.

When we went to forward our luggage, this turned into a 30+ minute ordeal. Again, taking away time from our trip. They did not have a seamless set up with Yamato, who everyone else seems to use. At other motels and even our Airbnb, this was a 5 minute process.

While this place is a stunning wedding venue, I don't feel it was practical for our travels.
