Pros:

The location is very good, a few minutes walk from the umeda station and the area is quite nice with lots of places to eat around. The staff was also very helpful and polite.

Cons:

The single room is very small, not a lot of space.

Pros:

I really appreciate the effort for all the staff members to communicate with non-Japanese guests. A receptionist talks in English and for those guys who don't they used a translator to offer the most accurate comments as possible.
Excellent location, just 10-15 min walk from Osaka Station, 1 Lawson like 60mts.

Cons:

The place was under renewal, so you will probably hear some construction noises.
