Really good all round.
Pros:

Lovely comfortable, spacious apartment for our family. We were sad to leave, you could easily move in here permanently. Great AC, lovely hot water, spotless pool area and fast elevator. All good.

Cons:

Perfect for us as we ate out all the time. If you wanted to cook yourselves, you may have to request some equipment which I'm sure they would provide.

Pros:

De kamer was wel heel ruim,(woonkamer met 2 slaapkamers /badkamer)zo ruim dat het ongezelig wordt.
We zaten bovenin op de 7e verdieping.

Cons:

Bedden aan de harde kant ,naar 3 weken rugpijn.
Zeer saaie kamers.Geen (koffie op de kamers )
Elke nacht buiten harde muziek.
Slecht onderhoud aan de kamer (vloer airco badkamer)(ze waren wel in het hotel op andere kamer de vloer aan het vervangende)
Airco op slaapkamer werkte niet,na klacht hebben ze de airco bij gevuld
,de volgende dag lekte de airco veel water over de vloer dit is ook weer provisoriche gemaakt
Geen make up spiegel op de kamer
vooral geen service
badkamerdeur keek je zo naar binnen (glas was niet voldoende geblindeerd en de ventilatie lamellen zatten de verkeerde kant op.
Zwembad had alleen in de ochtend wat zon ,daardoor koud water

dit ook bij boeking gemeld maar nog steeds geen antwoord.

Pros:

hotel's location is very silent, meaning you have to take a short 10 minutes walk to get into more lively area. As i don't have issues with walking, I consider location to be good - everything necessary within a reach; laundry, 7-11, EU/Thai restaurants/street vendors, 2nd road, streetfood market. Transportation might be more annoying, if you plan to travel to the south Pattaya often

Cons:

It takes a while to get hot water from the shower. The internet connection was sometimes very slow, but overall working. TV had minor signal issues (if you plan to watch Thai TV)
