Das Beste war das Frühstück, Tiefgarage für 5€ am Tag, die Lage und das freundliche Personal, welches aber kein Deutsch spricht. Sehr großes Zimmer, normal ausgestattet mit gefüllter Minibar und King-Size Bett.

Cons:

Der Schimmel in der Dusche nebst Undichtigkeit. Das Bad schwimmt nach jedem Duschen. Die Toilette ist zu hoch montiert, nichts für kleine Menschen. Spa Bereich erst nach 2 stündiger Voranmeldung nutzbar, Innenpool nur mit Badehaube. Duschen auch verschimmelt. Aussenpool trotz 35 Grad Außentemperatur erst ab Juni nutzbar. Fahrräder nur bis 20 Uhr zu leihen. Kein Service im Aussenbereich.

Das einzige Frühstück und das Zimmer waren lobenswert bzw. Für ein 4 Sterne Hotel ok.

Wir haben uns das Hotel als Familie ausgesucht, waren dann aber von mehreren Punkten enttäuscht. Bei 30 Grad, wunderschönem Sonnenschein durfte draussen pool aus Sicherheitsgründen nicht benutzt werden, nur die Liegen. Der eben erst gelegte Rasen dürfte auch nicht betreten werden. Mit den Kids konnte so kaum gespielt werden bzw. Die Grünanlage genutzt werden. Dann waren Fotos von einem Jacuzzi und einer Liegewiese direkt am Strand, welche durch einen unterirdischen Gang zum See verbunden sein sollte. Wir gingen dann im Hotel den überall beschriften Weg "al Lago" auf der Suche, fanden dann den Eingang. Auf dieser Tür wiederum ein Halt, Betreten verboten! Auf Anfrage des Hotels zum Whirlpool und diesem mit dem See unterirdischen Gang wurden wir damit vertröstet, dass zurzeit Bauarbeiten und Instandhaltung durchgeführt werden. Wieder ein Fiasko. ( ärgerlich, denn dieser konnte auch nicht benutzt werden). Es gab auch einen Fahhradverleih, wobei die Räder nur so klapperten, rostig waren bei der Fahrt den Radkorb verloren. (für 10€ pro Rad nie ihr Geld wert). Das einzige Frühstück und das Zimmer waren lobenswert bzw. Für ein 4 Sterne Hotel ok. Das Abendessen haben wir nie in Anspruch genommen, da sehr spärliche Liste und teuer. Es entspricht auch kaum den Fotos auf booking,sonit werden wir das Hotel auch nicht weiterempfehlen.

Es ist die Lage sowie die Ausstattung des Hotels. Ich war geschäftlich unterwegs und konnte am Abend den SPA-Bereich nutzen, essen war im Ort. Die Lage direkt am See ist perfekt. Für einen Kurzaufenthalt kann man es auch privat Reisenden empfehlen. Für eine Woche Urlaub kenne ich andere Hotels mit besseren Seezugang sowie Außenpool. Das Frühstück sehr gut und umfangreich. Im Anschluss war ich in einem vergleichbaren Hotel in Brescia, aber dieses hatte nicht das Niveau. Jederzeit wieder.
