Good stop over by the lake
Pros:

The hotel has good view of the lake. Pools were good with plenty of room around. Pool bar and snack bar were particularly good. Room size good. Staff friendly. Breakfast quite good.

Cons:

We paid for a lake view room but didn’t realise there was a main road between the hotel and the lake, which spoils the view somewhat and is quite noisy. Some restaurants in walking distance but otherwise you need a car or taxi to get into Desanzo Del Garda. Rooms are a little tired and quite basic compared to other hotels in this price bracket.

Einst bestimmt ein schönes Hotel, dass aber seine besten Jahre hinter sich hat.
Pros:

Die Lage und der vielversprechende Eingangsbereich/Rezeption waren sehr ansprechend.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer war abgewohnt und renovierungsbedürftig. Gerade das Bad hatte eingebrannte Kalkflecken am Duschkopf, gebrochenen Fliesen, lose Schrankschaniere, etc.

Pros:

Non ci hanno fatto pagare aggiunte per la bambina. Noi fornivamo latte e pastina loro pensavano a scaldare e cucinare.

Cons:

Camera pulita superficialmente, spa sporca e da dimenticare, la fontana antistante aveva l'acqua verde. Avevamo la camera con vista parziale, che dava sul ristorante esterno, il quale aveva una copertura con canne tutta diventa. Non proprio un bel vedere.

So so hotel. Adequate but not in any way 4 star
Pros:

I guess the location was good, right on the lake. There were decent facilities, if a little tired and dated now. The room was quiet.

Cons:

The hotel isn’t a four star. The facilities are dated. They work but I didn’t feel particularly comfortable. The room was like something from soviet Russia. Weirdly austere lol bathroom was definitely dated. However, if this doesn’t concern you the hotel is fine. Spa area was so so with that weirdly Italian process of being open times that suit them, not they guests. It closed at 5pm! The pool closed at 7pm!
