The location

Cons:

They didnt have staff on over the long weekend, I wasnt able to call for towel, toilet paper or extras needed for the room. I wasnt given rubbish bags etc for the room

Spacious for a family or 4, 2 bathrooms were handy.
Pool area was lovely, and water was slightly warm which was perfect for me. Car parking space included under cover.

Cons:

There could of been better kitchen utensils provided, there was no salad bowl or microwave safe containers or items like alfoil etc, no fan or air con in second bedroom.
I wish I had made a point of asking for a room that had a view.

Excellent value and location.
Pros:

For a mid priced accommodation it was excellent. Value for money was excellent. The pool and spa was so warm and lovely. Quite frankly, I felt like I got an absolute bargain stay. Cavill Ave 2 minutes walk away. My kids and I loved it so much. Easy to get to all theme parks. I 100% recommend this apartment complex. The permanent residents were welcoming as well. It was our treat to stay there.

Cons:

Nothing, I noticed the shower leaked onto the floor and the really friendly reception staff had maintenance attend to it asap and all was well.

The pool and gym area

Cons:

No consisten wifi or internet. Not clean. Bugs in the kitchen. Provided 1 toilet roll for a 4 night stay and was told that they have facilities close by for us to reapply ourselves and that the one they gave us on check is was complimentary.

Pros:

Great location, spacious unit/apartment, and an excellent pool.
The apartment had everything we needed and the setting made it easy to enjoy the area. Overall a comfortable stay.

Cons:

We really enjoyed our stay, but it would have been helpful to know in advance that fresh towels are self‑service. A bit more clarity around this policy would make things smoother.

Great pool/hot tub, fantastic location, could do with a refresh.
Pros:

Good size, fast internet, great choice of TV Channels.

Cons:

Parts of it hadn’t been cleaned that well, the laundry was quite dirty, the carpet was also stained. Minor point, but no spoons to eat cereal, only teaspoons. We bought some from K-Mart and left them there for others to use.

Pleasant
Pros:

The apartment was clean and had the essential facilities like washing machine, oven, stovetop, toaster, microwave and hair dryer. We also enjoyed the swimming pool and spa. Thank you also for providing us with a parking spot for our stay.

Cons:

One of the rooms didn’t have air conditioning so we ended up sleeping on the couch because the air conditioning was in the main area. The room got too warm at night. Whilst we were happy with all the other facilities, I thought it would be better to provide other kitchen essentials for cooking.
