Good location but dirty and SHORT reception hours
Pros:

some facilities were excellent- loved the pool, spa, sauna, gym etc available

Cons:

The room was a bit dirty. There was mold on the shower ceiling that didn't even get cleaned properly after reporting it!
Nobody answered the number they sent me when I called for late check in and I had to find a different number to call. They also expect you will be available between 9:30am and 4pm to properly check in, which not everyone is able to do. Staff were nice about it.

Very disappointed.

We liked to pool.

Cons:

The cleanliness. We had old moldy food left in cupboards, dirty towels in bathroom, trash under the bed. When we told staff we got a full room clean and the food and trash was still there. They waived our $90 rollaway bed fee which we didn’t use anyway because it was like sleeping on cardboard. We were then charged $150 for a couple stains on sheets that we feel was done out of malice just because we wanted a clean room and complained.

Tout était très bien, la taille du logement, le confort, les équipements, la literie, la piscine, etc

Cons:

Un malentendu avant d'arriver puisqu'on nous demandait de fournir obligatoirement nos coordonnées bancaire pour la caution par téléphone ou par mail AVANT d'arriver en late checkin alors que le séjour était pourtant déjà payé ... pour en fin de compte ne pas nous demander de caution (comprendre : à la tête du client !)
