Helpful staff and a room upgrade made up for an initial apartment that was unclean and inaccurate to the listing.
Pros:

The customer service staff was fantastic and very helpful. When we ran into an issue with our initial room, they moved us to another available apartment.

Cons:

The initial apartment did not match the online photos (it had carpet instead of the pictured wooden flooring) and was very dirty, with visible dust on the furniture and a filthy chair. The overall lack of cleanliness triggered an allergy reaction for my little one that morning. While staff kindly relocated us, having to pack up and move mid-stay was inconvenient.

Pros:

Location ,staff !

Cons:

Facilities ,no aircon - given fan instead ,but thats not the proper solution of the problem,for everything they kept saying its extra like to get extra sachets of cofee and sugar ,towels everything extra .We tried to check this place this time but we are done with it not coming back again.

Heated pool was a win for the little one!

Cons:

For the price a queen bed would have been great. Our lounge in the room smelt like cat urine for some reason :( but the property was clean!

Bad smell in the kitchen, even when they came to fix it. I think it’s from the drain?

Did not like how you have to check in after hours. We were stuck outside for awhile. Phone did not work.

On devait quitter l'hôtel à 10h mais notre départ pour l'aéroport n'était qu'à partir de 15h. L'hôtel ne pouvait pas garder nos valises. C'est dommage
