Please note there is currently construction of the Cross River Rail project at Roma Street Station, located opposite the property. Due to this, guests may experience noise disturbances, however every effort will be made by the property to keep this minimal. Excellent location
Pros:

Well equipped and great location.

Cons:

Noisy washing machine and no instructions on how to use the washer dryer. It's looking a bit a little shabby in places and the sofa is ancient and uncomfortable.

Pros:

Loved how close we were to Roma St station. Service was really friendly and accommodating and loved the cafe jusy outside from the hotel. The air con kept the room very cool and made for a decent sleep.

Cons:

The room was very outdated with alot of cosmetic issues. Shower head was broken, bedroom tv didnt work effectively and unable to check batteries as taped down. Bed was quite uncomfortable as far as the mattress being an older inner spring.

Adequate, but ugly
Pros:

Good Location, good room size, good view. Bed comfortable. Aircon good, staff were approachable.

Cons:

Appeats rough and tired. Need to spend some money and time in maintenance, I would not recommend, old outdated and appeared dirty. Poor shower, fridge made a horrendous noise which affected sleep. Building of Roma Street Station added to the noise issue.

Convenient to Roma St station and CBD
Pros:

Great location across from Roma St train station. Walking distance or 50c commute to the CBD. 20 min train ride to the airport. Would stay here again.

Cons:

Room is very dated, kitchen cupboards chipped, and I had to search for a tap to use washing machine. It was located in a cupboard, with a removable front panel, not easy to find, or remove. Shower is over the bath, which will be a problem for anyone with mobility issues. At the moment there is noisy construction across the road. Hotel is very upfront about this issue when you book and supplies ear plugs.

It was good but would have been happy to pay for snacks and cold drinks if supplied.
Pros:

Location. The room was comfortable and clean.
Staff was friendly and helpful.

Cons:

That it didn’t have biscuits to go with the coffee and tea. There were no cold drinks in the fridge or chocolate or chips.
There were no air control switch could be marked with temperature settings better.
