Location and size of room.
The pull out bed for the kids was absolutely terrible. It was like laying on rocks. The toilet handle was broke and you had to reset it by hand every time you flushed or it would run non stop. The breakfast selection was slim. The main bedroom was very nice and the bed in that room was very comfortable.

The property was Clean and Quite with a pool and basketball
Whenever I visit Layetta, I always stay here. It has the perfect location, is very clean, and offers a great breakfast, among other amenities.
We experienced a toilet issue with the flush flap, but it was fixed promptly.
All the personnel were nice. The Driver Khomeini picked me up from the airport and drove me back to the airport at the time I requested. He was waiting for me. Nice conversation both ways. This is a good place. Lots of fresh fruit and good coffee at breakfast. I enjoyed that !!
The property is very nice, newly renovated
The pool area needs renovation and the hot tub needs work
Very nice and comfortable. Staff very helpful. Joe in the coffee/ snack area very friendly. We would definitely stay here again!
The place was clean and in nice condition, but service was terrible. We called ahead and they said we could get early check-in, but when we arrived, we waited for almost hours in the lobby. They even checked two people ahead of us. It was after 3:30 when we finally got a room. Two days, we had to ask for clean towels. No one ever came to clean or refresh towels. On day 3 check out, we had a dr. Appt at 1pm so asked for a 12:30 check out. Normal Check out is posted as 12pm. They were waiting at our door to clean at 11:50.
The only negative was breakfast and coffee. Due to the large work crews there, breakfast selection was decimated by the time I got downstairs at 6:45/7:00 am. The coffee was also substandard. I would invest in better coffee frankly and offer real half & half rather than the artificial ingredients of Coffee Mate and shelf stable creamers.
Nice property. Clean and friendly staff
The room was beautiful and the staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. I walked to dinner and felt totally safe. I will stay here again if in the area!
We stayed one night for a wedding in the area. The front desk attendant was pleasant and check-in was quick and easy.
We booked a 1-bedroom king suite, which was clean and comfortable overall, though a few issues stood out. The living room TV didn’t work, but we didn’t have time to address it and didn’t consider it a major inconvenience. The kitchen stove had a sign stating “no cooking, reheating only,” which seemed unusual, but we didn’t end up using it.
The surrounding area felt safe but was a bit rundown. Our room faced an abandoned hotel, which gave off a creepy vibe—not the hotel’s fault, but not exactly appealing either. The outdoor common area wasn’t well maintained. At first glance, I thought it was closed, but then I noticed kids in the pool, which was filled with leaves. We chose not to use it due to the condition.
Breakfast was standard Staybridge fare—nothing special, but it was well-stocked and clean. The indoor common areas were also well maintained.
Overall, the staff was friendly, the bed was comfortable, and the room served its purpose for a short stay, though I’d hesitate to stay longer unless some of the maintenance issues were addressed.
Would highly recommend this place with great staff
