Very enjoyable
Pros:

Location was excellent as were the room and facilities.

Cons:

I arrived a bit after 4pm and couldn't get in for around 1/2hour. Once someone answered the phone it was easy to get in and get room keys.

I would like a refund !!!! i am home and still struggling with my breathing

The staff were difficult to find. And when we went to complain about several things they said they would come and look......i am still waiting!! I am now home !!!
We were in Unit 303 was extremely dirty!!!!!! i am not sure if it was cleaning before we arrived.
The bathrooms were terribly dirty and a new toilet brush would have been nice.
The air conditioning vent in our room was disgusting (pictures attached). I have a chronic autoimmune disease and i was coughing and having difficulty breathing. My husband is also struggling with his sinus now.. Our room had NO ventilation as the door was locked which we managed to get open only to see the balls of dust coming out from under the bed!!!.
we have stayed at Cilento before in March 2022 and had a wonderful time however i cannot recommend this hotel to ANYBODY due to the lack of care by the staff and cleanliness of Room 303
