Location was excellent. Apartment was large and well equipped. Foxtel was a bonus. Internet was good. Shower pressure was good. Security of the complex and undercover parking was great.

Cons:

Apartment wasn’t serviced at all during our 6 night stay. Supplied with a “starter pack” of toilet paper and dishwashing liquid, but was told we would have to pay if we needed more. No oven trays made using the oven quite difficult.

Incredible location, modern villa with everything we needed.
Pros:

Incredible location, Dan Murphy’s and Coles across the street with the beach across the road. Our modern villas had everything we needed, including a rooftop spa each, comfortable beds, spacious bathrooms & bedrooms. The staff had ice ready in the freezer with the ducted air conditioning on. We had private garages for our cars which made unpacking so easy. Thank you so very much!

The location is the only positive with staying here.

Cons:

We had a hard bed.

We also had a group of loud party goers in the next room which backed onto the bedroom. Loud music and swearing and banging two nights in a row. Management were notified several times and did not seem phased or interested in helping. We requested management to come and listen, we requested to change rooms we also requested compensation for what should have been a relaxing two nights away. Nothing. Very poor service. Very poor expectations on partying policy. Seems there is not one. No.phone call to follow up with us. No apologies.

The apartment I was in was very dark, & I couldn’t access pools or anything else unless I went outside the section I was in and go back in via a gate next to reception

Cons:

Got there a few minutes after 5.00 because of traffic and going to the hotel next door by mistake. Luckily a member of staff had returned to pick something up so gave us the keys otherwise would have been stuck as only a phone number on the door and my phone wasn't working. Staff in morning informed us we would have to park outside of secure parking area (which was one of the reason for choice)as it was being relined long walk with luggage Had a cock roach in roo told it had recently been fumigated so not to worry they would soon be dead if not already..
