Warmth and generosity of the host was amazing, were received in a really friendly manner, and even taken to the local ski hire shop in his own car. Breakfast was good, and hotel was quiet.
Because of roadworks going on outside the property there was no running water between 9am and 5pm, which, whilst not the hotel's fault, could have been mentioned at the time of booking.
Great location in the center of Bansko, very friendly staff, extremely clean, tasty breakfast. We will definitely visit again!

Домакините са супер любезни и определено ще Ви накарат да се чувствате като вкъщи. Стаята беше чиста и проторна, закуската беше вкусна, а кафето в ресторанта е 10/10.
Вежлив персонал, удобни легла, добра локация близо до централната пешеходна улица, наличието на собствен паркинг е голямо предимство в изключително трудна зона за паркиране.
Хотела е по-остарял и амортизиран, дизайна на интериора му е от преди 20 г., дръжките и парапетите в мезонета са износени (хлабави) и остават в ръцете ти при употребата им. Закуската беше срещу доплащаше, като не си стуваше цената, най-обикновена и нездравословна.
Като цяло цената е малко по-завишена спрямо стандарта на хотела.
