Occhio alla piscina!
Pros:

Ho apprezzato il modo in cui lo staff e la direzione sono venuti incontro alle nostre esigenze.

Cons:

L' hotel viene definito Design Hotel ma non capisco per quale motivo, visto che di design non ha nulla.
La piscina dei bambini non era a norma (fondo scivoloso perché non anti-grip e spigoli tagliati al vivo e non smussati, come sarebbe auspicabile in una baby pool).

Pros:

Las instalaciones y la ubicación del hotel son perfectas, cerca del núcleo de Santa María como para ir andando pero lo suficientemente alejado como para poder estar tranquilo. En cuanto a las comidas, mucha variedad y calidad. Lo mejor fue que cuidan muy bien el tema gluten y al viajar con un celíaco nos dieron muchísima tranquilidad.

Os espaços do hotel eram muito agradáveis e sossegados, jardim e piscina sempre cuidados.
Refeições preparadas ao momento com variedade, pequenos almoço sempre com variedade a cada dia. Jantares muitas vezes com música ao vivo ou danças típicas, que dinamizavam a refeição.
Funcionários super simpáticos e atenciosos, muito prestaveis em ajudar nos com a alimentação do nosso bebé.
Praia em frente com guarda sois, muito sossegada, optima para relaxar

Cons:

Tudo ótimo. Talvez pudessem modernizar um pouco as casas de banho dos quartos, mas no geral a instalações eram optimas

La piscina, l’atmosfera e la posizione: vicina alla spiaggia più bella di Sal con ombrellone e lettini riservati e con una piacevole passeggiata si raggiunge il centro di Santa Maria in 15/20 minuti.

Ça aurait pu être mieux si j'avais eu le balcon comme prévu dans le titre de ma réservation
Pros:

Petit-déjeuner complet mais attention aux petits oiseaux si vous avez le dos tourné : ils mangeront dans votre assiette. Hôtel un peu excentré du centre-ville mais au moins c'est plutôt calme. Personnel très aimable et à l'écoute. Hôtel sécurisé, moderne et propre.

Cons:

Ce qui justifie ma note globale : j'ai annulé une chambre du même hôtel chez un concurrent pour justement avoir un balcon en payant plus cher, mais à la place j'ai eu une terrasse. J'ai contacté Booking.com mais ma demande a été ignorée, ou du moins encore en attente alors que j'ai envoyé les photos et toutes les informations demandées.

L'hôtel dit que tout était complet et que j'ai quand même un "balcony", ce qui est faux car j'ai eu une terrasse avec du vis-à-vis : toutes les personnes se baladant dans le jardin peuvent vous voir et évidemment vous les voyez. Ma réservation avait pour titre exact : **Chambre Double Supérieure avec Balcon**. Est-ce un problème du côté de l'hôtel ou de Booking.com, je ne sais pas, mais il ne faut pas proposer une prestation que vous ne pourrez pas honorer. Je me sentais vraiment mal le premier jour car ces vacances étaient pour moi l'équivalent de grandes vacances et au vu du prix d'environ 2 070 € pour 8 nuits, soit 258 € la nuit pour un hôtel 4 étoiles, je pensais avoir dépensé assez pour avoir ce que je souhaitais mais apparemment non.

Booking.com, je vous prie de me contacter pour continuer de résoudre ce problème et que je puisse modifier ma note globale. L'hôtel m'a déjà répondu et je sais qu'il n'y aura pas de geste de leur côté donc la balle est dans votre camp.

Autres points négatifs : mini-bar payant, un peu de bruit dans le couloir même si c'est plutôt calme dans l'ensemble.

Absolutely impeccable stay! The hotel is beautiful, stunning, and perfectly maintained in every detail. The service was excellent: the staff was incredibly kind, friendly, and always helpful, making us feel right at home.
The restaurant is outstanding, with truly delicious food and surprisingly low prices. We also really appreciated the many services offered free of charge by the hotel, which made our experience even more enjoyable.
We traveled with our one-year-old daughter and had a wonderful time—everything was perfectly suited for families.
Highly recommended! If we return to Cape Verde, we will definitely choose to stay at this hotel again without any doubt.
