OK, but I'll choose other hotel next time.
Pros:

Nice swimming pool. Good service at the reception. ATM in the hotel, although often running out of bill. Good music duet in the evenings.

Cons:

Very slow and poor service in the restaurant, especially during dinner, but also during breakfasts. Some problems with shower draining and electricity in the room.

Très bonnes vacances passées au Dunas!
Pros:

La Master suite avec jacuzzi!
Le restaurant très bon avec serveurs sympathiques et agréables.
Hôtel à taille humaine, calme avec quelques animations parfait pour la détente.

Cons:

Le temps d’attente au restaurant mais nous nous sommes régalés.

De uma forma geral, experiência simpática.
Pros:

Muito boa cama, área dos quartos bastante generosa e no geral o hotel é esteticamente bonito. A praia onde o hotel está inserido também é muito agradável. Quanto ao staff, sobretudo no pequeno almoço, houve sempre muita abertura para resolver qualquer situação.

Cons:

Muita falha de comunicação com os funcionários da recepção e bastantes mal entendidos, assim como pouca disponibilidade para a apresentação das comodidades e serviços do hotel (nomeadamente sobre a área da praia reservada). A internet mal funciona nos quartos, o que obrigou à compra de internet móvel. O pequeno almoço também deixa a desejar, com muitos dos itens em falta.

Cons:

The overwhelming drains stench everywhere - I could not sleep at night- Uncomfortable beds, extremely noisy air conditioning, disgusting breakfast, they charge you for everything- giving extremely poor quality in return. The quality of sun beds and garden furniture is ust appalling. Extremely overpriced- they charge for a 4* but what you get is 2* at most.

Cons:

Cet hôtel est une arnaque totale. Le prix est exorbitant, pour les "prestations".
Malheureusement nous avons subi tous les désagréments décrits dans les posts précédents :
- chambre petite, datée, vétuste, pas entretenue.
- couloir hyper sonore et mauvaise insonorisation des chambres ; on entend le ronron des clims des voisins même portes fermées.
- le bruit continu des pompes de la piscine au pied des chambres supérieures. Oubliez de vouloir dormir fenêtres ouvertes.
- personnel de l'accueil pas aimable qui manifestement ne connait pas l'implantation des chambres
- personne pour aider à porter les bagages
- petit dej sans intérêt. Oui il y a du choix, mais un choix de resort bas de gamme. Café fourni par un distributeur automatique, comme chez le garagiste dans des tasses minuscules
- la situation géographique au milieu de nulle part entourée de terrains vagues
- devoir payer 15 euros de caution pour des serviettes de piscine
- devoir payer 10 euros si besoin du coffre fort de la chambre. Une première mondiale je pense.
- même pas une bouteille d'eau d'accueil dans la chambre
En résumé, le standing d'un hotel formule 1 des années 90.
