Vista al mar
Pros:

La ubicación es excelente, cerca del Moll y en primera línea de playa, el espacio de la pileta con vista al mar es lo mejor!!! El personal muy atento y dispuesto. Las reposeras en la playa impecables y con gran espacio de playa privada.

Cons:

Es antigua y si bien está limpia necesita un poco de mantenimiento pero en general es todo más que aceptable.

A grand old lady, due for maintenance but still good value for money for its location.
Pros:

Rooms were comfortable and large. Staff really helped when the air con did not work and moved us to another room. The grounds have lovely gardens. Staff in general were all lovely. It is pretty good value for money if you want to be on the beachfront. Would have been a grand old lady in her time. Great location for restaurants, Icon Bali, including cinemas (on wet days).

Cons:

The pool was too small. When kids were in it you could not keep distance between you. The building is getting old and needs major maintenance. The breakfast was very ordinary, very limited choices, eggs under-cooked and bacon over-cooked, no herbal teas, only black tea. We were not comfortable trying other food at the hotel. Towels for both bathroom and pool use were very old and in need of replacing. People smoked at tables and on balconies, so there was often the smell of cigarettes around. It meant limited use of the balcony. Only one key was provided and no more allowed. The beach is an improvement on Kuta but still not nice swimming, and only high tide.

Situation de l'hôtel à Sanur et bord d'océan.
Quartier tres animé avec une multitude de restaurants
Personnel tres agréable, petit dej correct.
Le prix / Parking auto gratuit / le parc boisé/ le calme

The location saved my stay at this place.
Pros:

The location is fantastic, right on the beach and with restaurants and shops just outside the entrance to the hotel. The huge Icon Bali mall is a 5 min walk away. The staff is very sweet.

Cons:

The rooms and the property in general is in need of maintenance. I came back for 2 more nights on my way from Ubud to Gili Trawangan and this time my room was dirty, hairs on the floor etc. I had to ask for somebody to come and clean. For the price I paid it's not worth it.
