Pros:

I love staying here.
Fantastic location
The reception man is so funny and welcoming
The bed is comfy
The shower is hot
The sheets are always clean
Breakfast has a semi decent variety
The pool is lush
The gardens are beautiful
Its so nice and quiet
Warung coconut is right across the road
Lots of beach loungers

Cons:

The shower was a little bit dirty definately needs a good scrub
The curtains dont block out outside light
Theres not enough pool lounges for the amount if guests
Theres ants on the tables outside the restaurant

Pros:

The location is fabulous and the large garden area is gorgeous.

Cons:

The room is incredibly old fashioned and very dirty and in desperate need of renovation. The bathroom door was peeling, sink blocked, shower tiles broken and mouldy. The bed was not comfy and bedding had a musty smell. The swimming pool was green and did not go in it.

Pleasant mid range hotel on the Sanur beach front.
Pros:

Breakfast was adequate but not exceptional. The eating area is next to beach which is nice.

Cons:

Bathrooms are a bit dated and could do with improvements.

l'hotel è in un ottima posizione praticamente davanti al mare con una piscina vista mare. E' sicuramente quello che abbiamo preferito di tutto il soggiorno.

Cons:

Sinceramente le camere ci hanno molto deluso in quanto sono abbastanza datate e non c'è stato un restyling. Un po' tutto l'arredamento andrebbe rivisto. Anche i bagni andrebbero rivisti.

Stayed in a suite which was comfortable and good value for money.

Cons:

Breakfast was not good. Such good food in Bali, ended up going elsewhere for breakfast. It wasn’t really edible here.

Enjoyable and because of the location we would stay again
Pros:

The location is perfect. Cleaning, gardening and front office staff were lovely. Gardens are beautiful

Cons:

Towels smelled bad every single day!
Sun loungers around the pool are “saved” first thing in the morning by people who don’t use them until later in the day.
Restaurant staff were not welcoming or interested in service

Location tops, room shabby
Pros:

Location is excellent, right at the beachfront.
Pool looked good but we weren't there long enough to swim.
Thick, new pool towels.

Cons:

Everything in the room is very run-down, old and tired.
Beds uncomfortably hard, one pillow only per bed.
Linen thin and yellowed.
Towels thin and frayed around the edges.
Floor and table tops sticky.
Restaurant 4/10.
Maybe coincidence, but I developed conjunctivitis the day after leaving.

My room was run down. Toilet had to be fixed twice. TV didn’t work. Sheets in need of an upgrade. Fridge needed defrosting. The place is just tired.

It was a good stay. Also really liked the chess game. All in all the hotel needs a little touch up
