Pros:

Great location. Lovely pool.

Cons:

Bedding was not comfortable at all. Sore back’s all round. Rooms are dated.

Mukava hotelli hyvällä sijainnilla.
Pros:

Hotelli sijaitsee ihan rannalla ja siitä on suora pääsy viihtyisälle kävelykadulle. Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä ja palvelualtista. Huone oli mukava ja tilava ja ilmastointi toimi hyvin.

Cons:

Hotelli on jo aikaa nähnyt ja pieni remontti voisi olla tarpeen erityisesti kylpyhuoneessa.

Rooms were basic, but you don't live in the rooms, overall i will be back..
Pros:

The location was awesome, right on the beach. The pool was amazing. Situated on the beach and easy walking to all restaurants and the Icon shopping centre.

Cons:

Staff need more training, service around the pool was non existent, everyone who stayed there also agreed that some training would be great instead of us having to go over to the restaurant to find staff for service.

Beach front location is perfect

Cons:

No staff at pool bar...had to constantly ask for a drink by going into restaurant. VERY INCONVENIENT. Pool was full of mould and not clorinated or salted. Developed a severe ear i fection

Sanur Time
Pros:

Great location, so close to everything in Sanur. Once inside the grounds it was hard to believe we were on a busy road, so quiet in the resort. Staff so friendly and helpful.

Relaxing, rooms just need updating.
Pros:

Sitting in the pool looking at the ocean was fantastic . Easy walk to markets and icon mall.

Cons:

Swim up bar not managed. Hard to order drinks while in the pool. Sheets on the bed need thrown out they were stained and not white, mattress very dirty, staff at restaurant need to smile more, cleaning staff very nice. Grounds well kept.
